[Resolved] Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — non delivery of pre booked meal | |
I had the notion till today morning that inox is a brand because of my past experience with inox, bund garden, pune during my eng. Days but little did i know inox is a cheap fraudster corporate unit which has even worse working staff and customer care for all you know, Today morning i booked two tickets for captain marvel, inox pvs, meerut, 5:15 p. M. Show with booking no. T9are4x and pre booked meal also but when i arrived at the theatre approx. At 5 pm i asked for my meal and attendant told me they are busy so he noted my details and assured me that my food will be delivered to my seats in 10 mins and visiting twice and getting the same answer, i did not get my food and at 6:15 p. M. When i shouted at the canteen staff then some manager came, he also told me to wait but then i wanted my money back and after waiting for another 10 mins he delivered me with my money and my "" complimentary"" food. I refused to have that food and called you customer care service who assured me they will take action and i should wait and my movie got over and still no action. P. S. - i have the recording of the customer executive and i am writing this mail only because of my satisfaction, and rest assured you will never have any business from my end and i know you people do not want my business and loyalty because you are fraud and i have very small quantum!!! You people not only ruined my movie but also my wife's evening as well. You are fraud!!! Cheat!!! #!!! Was this information helpful? | |

I paid inox through net banking sbi. My money 560 rupees got deducted and they didn’t book my tickets.. I want my refund amount back
