[Resolved] Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — service charge added without option & forced to buy snacks

I went to watch a movie in pune ionox theatre screen 3 film sahoo.
I am forced to buy a snacks combo of rs 110 (I never drink cool drinks, or eat out, but forcefully taken amount for coco cola and some thing else). Apart from this service charge is collected without option (Mandatory).

This is against public interest and govt guidelines,
Kindly take necessary action and return the amount immediately.
