I watching show detail:tiger zinda hai..9.10pm.. City centre 2, kolkata). When i ordered drinks & snacks in your service counter.. I was filling a glass of water in baby bottle instead of disposable glass for my 4 years old baby boy... Suddenly your so called service staff (Staff name:utpal swarnakar.. Inox city centre 2, kolkata) was saying.."no.. No.. Dont fill.. Font fill.." i was just shocked by hearing this unexpected ridiculous behaviour. We, the customers paying so much for the tickets nd snacks.. That means we can afford a bottle of water too.. As there is a drinking water provided for the customers so i thaught to fill the baby bottle for my child.. Just shame on your service departments... It was not tottally acceptable for us.. Next we should think twice to visit there... I will not recommend anyone.. Even i will definitely share this bad behaviour from your side to everyone... I think your staff was thinking that if i deny for water then we will buy a bottle from the counter.. Just go to he'll eith your service... Was this information helpful? | |||
