I paid around 1500 before the trip itself. The day of the trip, the tyre burst within 2 hours of journey. Driver didn't have spare too. We had to drive slowly till we got to a shop to get the tyre repaired. Then we reached so late to our destination as driver wanted to take all short cuts to save his kms. Next day he took a route which only trucks travel and it was the worst route. He just took the route to save kms and not worried about the elders and baby in the car. When i reported this to instacar they just commented saying as this was not complained during the journey it wouldn't be considered.
Instacar promised the driver will be local guy knowing all routes which was incorrect. He didn't know any routes. Secondly the car was in worst condition, not cleant, hard seats. Couldnt travel for 2 days continuously. Finally we were asked to pay 3000 extra though this wasn't mentioned in the mail or sms. They are cheating people with wrong quotation.
