Horrible cab facility no one should use this.

I was booked a cab from instacar i week before the travel day.
In these 6 days i got 3-4 driver details and driver itself didn't know about that.
What i got the details of driver when i called him he was some where else on duty and said to me i am not your driver now i am travelling to some where else with other party.
Finally driver is confirmed named tanaji.
But at the time of travel, driver didn't pickup my phone. And instacar team even dont know.
I had to cancled my plan. Now the war of refund started they were not ready to give my money back.

    I had booked an innova from mumbai to shirdi 2 days before the journey and even paid 15% of total cost.
    Pickup time was 8:00 am
    These guys didnt provided me any cab details,
    And then i get a call at 1:00 am midnight that we could not find a cab so your booking is cancled
    I had to arrange another cab whole night.
    There service is horrible
    They dont know how to do business.

      Hello, i am a genuine user and i have done a innova crysta booking for my trip from mumbai to goa and return (Booking id :- ic-ic-44707). This booking i have done 1.5 months in advance to avoid any last minute surprise. Total cost was coming around 17k and paid 20% in advance. I have also booked hotels in goa which was non refundable for my guest and that has cost around 32k. I have been following up to ensure that everything is on track. Till one day prior to trip start everything was fine.

      On the day of trip start, i have called driver to confirm he will reach on time around 10pm. Then he is telling me that crysta is in service center and innova is available. I have complained and insisted that i paid extra for crysta and we want the same cab. Complained the same to customer care and they said that they will get this fixed. After that no updated. When i called back around 10pm then driver stopped picking phone. He massaged that he is driving. I was waiting for his call. Till 11:30pm midnight i have contacted instacar and they said that they are also reaching but driver is not picking there phone. When i asked what can be done now then response was what they can do. Driver is not responding its his fault and instacar will refund the money.

      I was extremely disappointed and helpless. My entire guest has done their arrangement for this trip and i was like insulted and facing there disappointment. Additionally, i was going to loose 32k of hotels booking for all guest. When i requested instacar team to pay my loss then they said sorry they will not. I can't explain that moment here and will advise everyone to don't even think of facing the same.

      Anyway, it was difficult to get another cab at that time of day but we managed another cab in the morning 3:30am around 28k but finally reached goa. We lost one entire day, great mental tension and disappointment. Finally i wasted around 30, 000/- in all of these foolishness.

      My advise to all traveler that please don't see 1000/- or 2000/- or some money saving. Book a cab from travel agent whom you know and near to your area otherwise book from reputed online agent like zoom car, makemytrip etc.

      (Atul gupta and his associates of instacar has many such cases online so never go for this online agent company. They run it from a flat in indore and looting customers money)

      I am still fighting for my 30k loss recovery but instacar is refusing to pay. I will helpless and request this court to help me here.

        I paid around 1500 before the trip itself. The day of the trip, the tyre burst within 2 hours of journey. Driver didn't have spare too. We had to drive slowly till we got to a shop to get the tyre repaired. Then we reached so late to our destination as driver wanted to take all short cuts to save his kms. Next day he took a route which only trucks travel and it was the worst route. He just took the route to save kms and not worried about the elders and baby in the car. When i reported this to instacar they just commented saying as this was not complained during the journey it wouldn't be considered.

        Instacar promised the driver will be local guy knowing all routes which was incorrect. He didn't know any routes. Secondly the car was in worst condition, not cleant, hard seats. Couldnt travel for 2 days continuously. Finally we were asked to pay 3000 extra though this wasn't mentioned in the mail or sms. They are cheating people with wrong quotation. Please be careful with these guys.

          We booked a cab from pune to goa. Not to mention we reached our destination 2 hours late thanks to lack of proper documents by the driver. We went out for dinner at 9:30, when we called the driver he responded after 15 mins late. And when he showed up he was so drunk he could not even stand. We had to book a local cab which coated us 500 rupees for a 3kms distance.

            I had booked 2 Innovas on instacar on 18th jan vide CRN59874 & CRN59875 for pick up at Pune Airport on 25th Jan, 2017 evening for 5 days & paid them Rs 500 advance vide Payment ID # MOJO7118000J83177069 & another Rs 500 advance vide Payment ID# MOJO7118000J83176842

            On 25th Jan, 2017 i called them atleast 8 time since morning 8 am to get details of 2 innovas and everytime i got an answer that sir we shall send you sms within 15 minutes but to my surprise i got a call from them at 3 pm sorry sir we are not able to provide you 2 innovas due to LONG HOLIDAYS of 26th Jan, 2017 week. I was left midway, i was travelling with my family of 12 people with 12 luggages. i suffered a lot and took expensive taxis from pune airport to lavasa

            I was told that i shall get refund of Rs 500 each in my credit card as they had not supplied me INNOVA due to fault of their company

            Today on 17th feb, when i received my credit card statement, i was shocked to see that they have charged Rs 7178=88 to my credit card on 28th jan, 2017

            Then on 30th Jan, 2017 they refunded me Rs 500 vide Payment ID # MOJO7118000J83177069

            But they are not ready to refund me for Payment ID# MOJO7118000J83176842

            I called there customer care and did not get any proper response.

            As on date, i have been cheated by them and i am eligible for refund of Rs 500 + Rs 7178=88 fraudaulently charged to my credit card

            After going through all the harrasment caused by them due to Non Providing of 2 Innvoas at the nick of the moment, now i have come to know that Instacar is using a small man's money of Rs 7678=88

            I request all the consumer who have similar complaints like me to contact me and we all should file a LEGALCASE against this company so that it cannot cheat common man
            Charged Rs 2500 instead of Rs 500 .Cancelled cab in the last moment. Don't use this service. Extremely unprofessional. 12 emails for one booking and numerous calls with untrained support executives.
