Thank you for your response. I have had such an experience last year but it took a lot of follow up from me to get it resolved.
Please do attend to my issue as soon as possible.
Either deliver the oil or refund my money.
I wish orders are executed better than this kind of disappointing service and trouble for the customer.
I asked the delivery boy at the door itself as oil can was missing, he said that he cannot help, i have to complain to Swiggy.
The promise of 24 hours was over this morning.
I have neither received a refund or the 3 ltr can of Sunflower refined oil.
Instamart is failing in the commitment to a regular customer like me. Don't force me to put this in social media.
I am stuck for the oil i badly needed and instamart has not bothered.
