Instamojo — not cleared my payouts

We have created our company payment gateway through this site but after some tym they hold our coustomer payment by not clearing my payouts and i have to give our services to customer without any income. They are just not clearing my payout and when i talked to them they told me that they will clear it in next buisness days but till that i have not recieves

Can u please refund the money debited from sbi account but the insight test series shows payment failure . The amount of 7500 was debited from sbi bank account but not paid to insight test series .kindly refund it sooner so that i can take the test.

One success payment : mojo8220005A71185835

Till now after several complaint & mails
No refund initeated
Also they sent mail case resolved
PL refund my money
