Instamojo — refund of rs. 1 lakh not received

I had made payment of Rs. 1 Lakh through instamojo payment gateway. But instamojo has neither transferred the funds to ecommerce company (Markrefral) nor returned back the amount in my credit card since 5 months.
They are only saying we are looking into the matter.
