Sir/Mam I filled RBI grade B application form and when I paid 850 rs through Phone pe it didn't appeared on application so I again paid money but Money diducted twice from my account so I need those 850 rs back please do something

    While filling the ECGC PO form, I made the payment but I did not receive the acknowledgement page on the website of IBPS. However, the amount has been debited from my account but on the website, it was showing as 'Transaction Failed'.

    I made the payment on 30th January 2021 at 10:18 p.m.
    Please find attached the screenshot of the successful payment acknowledgement received at my end.

    Kindly look into this issue and help me out here.

    Please also find attached the screenshot of the website showing that my payment has not been yet received.

      I have done payment for Ecgc po but payment status of my registration number is showing failure but amount has been deducted from my account .
      Please update payment status of my registration number or in case if it can't be done refund the money so that I can repay .

        My registration number is[protected] for ECGC and in my first attempt while making payment .. my amount was debited from my account but the transaction status shown as failed and later once again I made payment of 125/- .                 This is to bring to your kind attention that I had initiated payment of Rs. 730/- to IBPS on 15/12/2020 at 07:34 hrs. While making payment I was given choice of applying super cash and wallet balance for making the payment. After I initiated payment, the payment was successful at the end of Mobikwik, however IBPS could not confirm successful receipt of the amount.

                I got a message from the bank that Rs.702.55/- was deducted from my account with TXN ref no.[protected]. However IBPS has confirmed that payment was not successful.

                I request you to resolve the issue of transaction failiure and revert back the super cash applied and wallet balance applied for the failed transaction. Also please let me know whether the card payment issue would be resolved at your end and whether I need to take up the issue with Merchant and Bank.

                Kindly address the issue at the earliest. I shall be obliged to you.

                      I have made a payment of $750 on December 2 2020, for SBI PO 2020.
                      The payment was through UPI on Google pay and it deducted 750 from my account. But it is not reflected in my application. Then I made another payment via Debit card and this payment was updated in my application. But still, I have not received the refund of my first payment made on December 2. I have attached the screenshots too. Please refund my first payment as soon as possible.

The amount have been debited from my account but the payment status is still incomplete. It requests me to pay rs.750 for application again. I request you to refund the money debited from my account as soon as possible.

                          At the time of filling SBI PO form i have submitted all the details and then at the time of payment i have selected the QR code option and then i scan the QR code through phon pay app and proceed for payment than payment deducted from my account 2 times (750+750) but both times ibps website shown payment failed and from that time the payment didn't come back so please refund my amount as early as possible.

                            Updated by Muthyala Sravan Kumar                             I initiated a payment for my application form for sbi po exam 2020, I made the payment of rupees 750 through the phone pay app by choosing the code scanner as an option under upi payment option, the first payment that I made got failed, which was shown by payment portal even though the amount was deducted from my account, thereafter I again made the payment through sbi online banking this time transaction is success but for same application double payment is done. so kindly refund payment of 750.
