Respected sir,

I appeared for the interview of cwe rrb v po scale 1 on 18.01.2017 at patna.

At that time my bio metric verification was not successful due to which i was so harassed by tcs employee. They took my bio-metric so many times but even then that was not successful.

And i was put at last for document verification. The madam who verified my documents was so helpful and kind and she allowed me for interview as i was a genuine and real candidate but she write on the top of the paper that : “bio-metric not matched”.

Since then i was in a dilemma that my interview number will not be counted as the bio-metric was failed. Sir i belong to st category whose pass marks is only 35% but only because of this technical fault i am today out of the selection. I worked hard day and night to get through but due to technical fault of tcs employees today i am not able to compete.

I also want to inform you that at the time of mains examination also my bio metric did not matched so i filled the form offline there and put my signature and thumb impression but at the time of interview there was no any procedure to fill the form offline and put the signatures or thumb impressions.

In this case, there should be a solution for the technical fault.

​I am a candidate of IBPS PO/MT VI having Registration No.[protected] and Roll No. [protected]. I appeared for PO Mains Examination on 20 November, 2016 at 8:30 AM in RAYAT BAHRA SKILL DEVELOPMENT
CENTER SAHAURAN and was shortlisted for the Interview.

​On 5 February, 2017, I visited PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK ZONAL OFFICE; 3RD FLOOR PNB HOUSE; BANK SQUARE SECTOR 17 B CHANDIGARH for Interview at the scheduled time at 8:30 AM. My documents were checked/ verified by concerned staff and thereafter my Biometric test was conducted. However, I was told that my thumb impression do not match. I requested the TCS staff conducting Biometric Test to check the thumb impression again. He called me after sometime and conducted the test again but result came the same that thumb print mismatched. On requesting the bank staff, , they offered me to appear for Biometric test once again for the last time but it again mismatched. I was frustrated from this as I am the genuine and the same candidate who appeared for the PO Mains Exam.

Sir, It is not my fault for mismatch of thumb impression due to some technical fault of the instruments or any other reason. I again declare that I am the genuine and the same candidate who appeared for the Preliminary Exam and Mains Exam as well as appeared in the Interview process. The authorities may get it checked from any source or test. They can check the CCTV footage of the college where I appeared for the Mains Exam and also match my today's thumb impression with the one I put on the Mains Call Letter in front of the college authorities, whatever else, but authorities do not have the right to play with someone's career. There could be technical fault also, the authorities should check this out and solve the matter with TCS.

Sir, you are requested to look into the matter urgently and do justice to me. It is the question of my career. Any criminal proceedings can be initiated against me if I found guilty or fake candidate.

Sub: mismatch of bio-metric at the time of interview.

Sir,
I am a candidate of ibps splvi having cwesplvi, registration no : [protected], cwesplvi roll number : [protected]. I cleared so marketing officer online exam.

On 08/03/2017, i appeared for interview at sri satyanarayanjee trust hall white house apartment behind land development bank buddha marg patna 800001 at 1:00 pm. As part of interview process bio metric test was conducted. However, i was told that my thumb impressions do not match. Then staff was very cooperative, they called me after sometime and conducted the test again and again but even after trying many times my thumb impression match was 97% only although 99% is minimum required to verify the candidature as per tcs staff present at interview centre. Then after marking biometric not verified on interview letter call letter my documents were checked/ verified by concerned staff.
At last they allowed me to appear for the interview i was the last candidate who appeared for interview. I was very nervous that time still given my 100% in interview and interview was good but in the final result i was disqualified in the interview by providing below marks to pass in the interview.
Sir, it is not my fault for mismatch of thumb impression can be due to some technical fault of the instruments. I again declare that i am the genuine and the same candidate who appeared for the exam as well as appeared in the interview process. The authorities may get it checked from any source or test. They can check the cctv footage of the test centre as well as my ink marked thumb impression in the attendance sheet, where i appeared for the exam and also match my interview letter thumb impression with the one i put on the call letter in front of the test conducting authorities. Ibps should verify the flaws as a mere technical mismatch cannot ruin my future and my career.

Sir i am sure about my candidature. I request you to intervene in the matter and take immediate steps so that i may get justice and considered my candidature on merits.

I want to recheck my score for the cwe rrb v - main examination for office assistants held on 18.12.2016 as i am not satisfied with the numbers given by ibps. I have scored the 24.25 marks in reasoning paper but i attempted 33 question in main examination i expect atleast 30 marks in reasoning. IBPS has recently published the call letter for interview of IBPS CWE PO-VI. Sir, the date and time allotted to me for attending the interview is 05 Feb 2017 at 8:30 AM at Lucknow which is same as that of GATE exam which is scheduled to be held on 05 feb 2017 at 9:00 AM at Agra. Sir, both the interview as well as the exam are equally important to me and I wish to attend both the exams.
Sir, the GATE exam is conducted all over India on the same date and at the same time for all the students of same discipline. So it is not possible for them to shift me to another day or time.
So, I request you to please shift the interview date to any of the interview dates except 05 Feb 2017 at any venue.

With due respect i would like to state that the RBI assistant examination which was held on 24/12/16 at BELLS INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT & TECHNOLOGY KNOWLEDGE CITY MEHLI SHIMLA HIMACHAL PRADESH 171013 we faced lot of problems.
The exam held in Lab B had its server down, the system crashed three times, the time lapse between questions was of 5 seconds and more. Even after complaining again and again the problem was not solved. In the last 20 minutes they said no one needs to worry we have corrected the problem and the system magically started working in the last 18 minutes if not kindly check the footage. How is one suppose to give an exam like this? In a time where there is neck to neck competition how can one clear an exam like this. What about those students for whom it was their last chance? What about that student who has been studying from last one year? Is this our fault if the system is not working and we are forced to give an exam like this. Kindly look into the matter the system was not working for the whole time. Isn't this playing with someones career someone who has been studying from last one year and in the end this is what happens. Please check the footage.

Bout selection process by IBPS RRB and other participating organisation by neglecting proficiency in local language

Given proficiency in local language is must in regulations but not conducting any proficiency test anywhere in the selection process which is creating lot of problems for common people of our state due to language barrier between our state people and other state employees who secured jobs in karnataka, they mentioned as proficiency test will be conducted after 6 months of service or by the time of finishing probationary period but no such tests are conducted and many staff in public sector banks who have the experience of 3-4 years don't know to read and write our local /state language sir, , I kindly request you to conduct proficiency test to the shortlisted candidates for interview, by which it will be good for the local people who do banking, because rural people know only the local language and write everything in the local language or state language and because of the selection of some candidates who have no basics of the local language leads to inconvenience of the people who want to do banking. It is the not only the request of me but the request all common people from our state where they are facing extreme difficulties in conversing with the cashier, clerk, manager and other bank staff who don't know a bit of our language, people feel helpless and hopeless and are falling as a prey for some people to write the denominations and filling of challans in English or Hindi, please recruit staff who are well versed with the respective language of the states so that people as well as the employees can do their works effectively without any troubles, mainly clerks of our region Kolar and Banglore surrounding areas and almost all Karnataka they don't know Kannada, the people don't know any other language than Kannada, when the option is given in Kannada to fill up forms and challans, people write in Kannada, and if bank staff don't know to read and understand local language it will lead to failure in the communication, try to take serious action on the proficiency sir, because u have given option for proficiency as, selected candidates will have a time limit of 6 months or till the completion of probationary to learn the local language, but None of the banks are worried about proficiency after selection is done, it is ultimately troubling common people, I behalf all common people request you to take immediate action during the selection process, hope my humble request will be fulfilled

i am writing here to IBPS, about the center allocation to girl candidates for ibps exams. Many time i have found that even though giving the suggestion for center you give exam center in such a distant and unsafe places.
Before giving exam, mainly girl candidate main issue becomes that, can they go to the place, is that center safe to go, how to reach there, rather than study for exam. Because you give center in such type of places that any girl won't feel safe to go there.
you should consider that many candidate leave away from their home to study and preparation, and in that case they have to go to center alone.

So please consider this problem.
