I have filled my IBPS RRBs Scale-I Application through online mode on 5th July, But unfortunately after totally filling and making payment by means of SBI Debit Card, there occurs TRASCTION FAILURE and payment of Rs.606 has been deducted. Hence i approached via telephone to IBPS Helpdesk on Ph:[protected] to let them know about this. As per the conversation happened they suggested me saying that it was a technical issue and hence i was been instructed to fill another fresh application stating that earlier fee amount debited will be refunded in fifteen days. I apllied for Office Assitant in IBPS on 9th July 2014. I made my 606.7rs fees payment online. Fee money was deduced from my account but they didn't provid me any registration id and password. Please refund my money and remove this lack of system [protected]@gmail.com mob-[protected]

Sir/Madam, 1. Online registration of IBPS RRB CWE-3 (officer scale-1) exam was unsuccessful because internet connection was temporarily unavailable after bank transaction has been completed. Dear Sir/Madam, This year the dates of RBI Grade B Officer exam have been fixed for 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 10th of August. However no preference for dates has been asked from the candidates. I had applied for SBI clerk recruitment (ADVERTISEMENT NO.CRPD/CR/2014-15/02) through online on 06.06.2014 at 06.54pm but I didn’t got any registration number or password after making online payment through Debit Card (corporation Bank) amount of Rs.455.04 is deduced from my saving account after that again I tried to apply again and the same problem occurred 2nd time also Rs.455.04 deducted from my saving account but I haven’t received any registration No and password.

Respected sir, I was filling my application online. as on the payment process i have to make the tranjaction by my debit card i clicked on every correct opption & during the payment process my tranjaction was failed 2 times then i left the application but the next day my acount was debited 2 times . I want you to take the necessary action & I should be refund back at the earliest

Respected Sis, I've applied for Probationary Officer in SBI through online on 23/04/2014. During the registration stages I was asked for online payment. I've paid the fees through online mode through my husband's net banking. I have face a problem while applying online around 5pm on 23rd April 2014. I have submit the form and completed the payment through Net Banking. Amount has been debited from my account. So, I am kindly requested to IBPS Customer Care to please cancel any one of the Form/Transaction(Mentioned above) and refund my deducted amount(509.85). I got response from them like they will consider recent acknowledgement with registration number [protected] and they will cancel/remove the acknowledgement with registration number [protected]. And they clearly said that they dont refund the amount. which is Rs. 509.85. I need a judge on this issue/cause happened to me.
