i have called them on toll free number, but they continuously disconnect my phone after listening my problem . they are not listen my problem, i said that my bank require scorecard and admit card of IBPS but I don't have that, and the link is not appear on website, but they are not listen my problem . . they don't understand that if they ignore my problem, may be my career will spoil, ... also they are talking very rudley or not pick up my phone
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection [IBPS] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have applied for IBPS(CWE PO/MT -IV) on 04/08/2014 and made offline payment through challan mode on 07/08/2014 but not received any confirmation message either on my mobile no. or email id and my application form shows the payment status unpaid. Plz help me. I am eagerly waiting for your response.
