Mistake in application form

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had applied for IBPS (CWE PO/MT-IV) on 7nd Aug 2014 with online payment option. i saw after payment that there is a mistake in date of birth.please suggest me that what to do now.I am in big problem facing mentally torture.please help.

Did not get registration no. Password

About payment deduction
