Institute of Chartered Accountants of India — CA Final Materials not received

Dear Sir,
I have placed order for CA Final Materials ( SPOM Books, CA Final Group 1 & Group 2) on 27th June 2024. However on 09th July 2024 I have received only SPOM Books. CA Final Group 1 and 2 are still pending to receive. It has been almost 2 months the institute/ICAI cds/DTDC courier have not taken any satisfactory action even after many requests through mail, icai cds portal, DTDC Courier website etc.

The exam is on November 1st, there is not much time remaining to study. Kindly help to get me the pending study material.

The contact numbers given in the cds portal ate not reachable, kindly update.
