My kid studied 1st standard "D" Section in JAIGOPAL GARODIA RASHTROTTHANA VIDYA KENDAR--BANGALORE-560016(Ramamurthy Nagar) past academic year. Due to the unexpected job related relocation, my kid not able to continue his studies in the same school.So i have applied for Transfer certificate on current academic year 2013 and still they have not issued the same. After frequent follow ups they are demanding Rs.10, 000 towards maintenance Fees. I am not owing any payments to the school in terms of fees or any other charges, but still they are demanding the above amount to issue the TC.
Request you to help on the above matter to get the TC issued.

i passed my 10th board in 2005.In my marks-sheet my fathers name is wrong due to which i am facing problem in voter id card and driving lisence.so please tell me how to do change it along with doccuments required for this.vineet kumar
