Dear Sir/Mam,
In a shocking and career-stalling event, the Insurance Institute of India(III)- a Mumbai based apex training institute of the country- has taken fraud and cheating to an all time high here. I am a licentiate member of the institute and it conducts online exams through Aptech(their exam condustor) computers in major cities. The institute has 3 levels of membership viz licentiate, associate and fellow. As an aspirant of associate memebership, I had my paper of Health Insurance on SATURDAY Sept. 12 2015 in Aptech(Arena Multimedia) centre in Bhopal. The computer systems broke down at the fag end when I still had 11 minutes left fr the paper. The attendant Mr. Santosh assured that it'll start from it stopped. He kpt calling the staff at Insurance Institute of India but to no avail(see their unprofessionalism!). To my dismay the system got restored but 7 minutes had elapsed nand I was left with only 4 minutes. I had around 16 objective questions to attend but as condition conjured against me, I scored 57 and 60 was the pass score...I am livid with this stand of III...even the centre manager Mr. Manish Sharma acknowledged that III exams have technical glitches and that loss of time was surely a career-stalling blow to me. I have written extensively to IIi taking Arena(Aptech) multimedia in loop but even after 2 months they instead are defending themselves. I have one more thing in my favour i.e. III on Sept. 13 issued a circular for inviting tenders to companies to conduct their online exam...their coordination with Arena hasn't fructified and after numerous complaints have come of thse relapses some of which derails careers of people like me...I am an Insurance practitioner and researcher and trainer and my career has for sure taken a backseat...pls do the needful and punish the guilty III and restore my candidature as cleared because I for sure would have cleard the paper as I know things at the back of my hand...I am very distressed at the moment and nothing short of justice would heal me...I have written to II and waiting for these months I got no reply from them...please initiate action.I Shall be grateful towards the same.
