I wrote to Insurance institute of India regarding refund of Rs. 6, 372/- dated 27/09/2020 against the invoice no. III/02/007468 dated 27/02/2020. Since past 4 months I am following door to door of III and mailed countless times to the designated mail id's provided on their website but every time they reiterated that their office is closed due to pandemic and they haven't put up my refund matter to the competent authority. they have reverted lastly on 21 Nov 2020 and since then i haven't heard them yet.
I failed to understand that while entire nation & workforce is working from home during pandemic, how they can hold up my money for long time. Now almost all offices have resumed work but still they are not refunding my money.
