Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we have thoroughly investigated your case internally basis the details shared by you with our customer service representative during the telephonic conversation.
We would like to inform you that your policy was enforced basis signed consent received from you. The “Your policy details” section of the proposal form contains all policy features like policy tenure, premium payment amount, etc. We also offer our customers “your right to consider” option, wherein, if they feel that the policy does not suit their needs, can request for cancellation within 15 days of the receipt of the policy. We did not receive any intimation from your end highlighting concerns in the policy during this period.
