[Resolved]  LIC Ajmer — payment of matured policy

sir,
my lic insurance policy has completed matured. but one month has passed and i have not got my mature money. all document have been sent by me on 5 feb 2013 but till now no information about my maturd policy money, whenever i call to the lic ajmer office then no one give me satisfied reply about my money. i also sent my account no and ifs code of bank and other information to transfer money direct into my account but lic ajmer not answering satisfactory. please sir help me. my policy no is s/[protected].
