[Resolved]  Syndarogya Group Mediclaim — I Cards not Received

I have applied for the floter health insurance of Rs.300000 .on dated 06/Feb/2013. But till today I have not received my I Cards.My Policy No. is 080400/48/12/14/00001854. and card no.is UIC[protected].
