[Resolved]  Syndarogya Group Mediclaim — Not received health cards

My policy Number is 050400/48/14/14/00000251 Previous Policy Number :[protected] I have not received Photo ID cards. My address is GUDURI KRISHNA RAO, TRICOM AGRO PVT LTD Phase II, IDA, Pashamlylaram, Patancheru Mandal, Medak Dist. Kindly arrange to send the photo id cards. We have submitted claim for around Rs. 9, 500 in the last week of March 2014. We have not received. Kindly settle the above issues
