Still i haven't got my Western Digital hard disk

Dear Sir,

I had sent my western digital Hard disk for replacement to Intarvo technologies in okhla industrial area New Delhi. they received the hard disk on August 30th. They said that hard disk will be replaced in 15 days and still i havent got my hard disk back. Every time i call them they say that they will send the hard disk in 2 days but there is no hard disk at all. My RMA number is 82130572. Please process my query sooner....
