I enrolled in a course with Intellipaat with high hopes for quality education and reliable service. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. Despite multiple attempts to resolve a refund and cancellation issue dating back to November 2023, the matter remains unresolved to this day.

Initially, I was assured by Mr. Nischay, the escalation manager, that my refund of approximately 1 Lakh INR would be processed by January 2024. However, this promise was not upheld, and subsequent attempts to reach Mr. Nischay or the support team have been met with silence and evasion.

Despite further promises made via email for a resolution within one week, the issue persists, leaving me in a frustrating and financially burdensome situation. Not only was the promised refund not received, but I also ended up paying another EMI due to the lack of progress.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed in Intellipaat's customer service and accountability. The casual manner in which promises were made and subsequently broken reflects poorly on the company's commitment to its customers. It is disheartening to see such disregard for customer concerns, especially considering the significant financial impact and emotional distress caused by this ordeal.

I urge Intellipaat to take immediate action to address this issue and prevent similar occurrences in the future. Transparency, accountability, and timely resolution of customer concerns are paramount for maintaining trust and loyalty. Regrettably, my experience with Intellipaat has fallen far short of these expectations.

I hope that by sharing my feedback, Intellipaat will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and prioritize customer satisfaction moving forward.

I visited the Intellipaat website on January 30, 2024 and immediately received a call from the sales team. She explained the course to me and asked me to sign up immediately.
When I asked for time to think about it, the sales team asked to pay a partial amount. They kept calling until 10pm saying they were still in the office to enrol me.
The next day, January 31, I received calls from different managers. I got a total of 22...

I have taken a course 4 months back and my first session with intellipath i have make request for refund. Due my busy schedule I was not able to make a time for course. I am continuously asking for refund from last 4 months. I request them I have already paid 3 emi till now keep it with you.. just stop my future emi by refunding my amount. They are asking me to get candidate for course against whom they will refund my amount....

ENROLLED FOR A DATA SCIENCE COURSE AND PAID MONEY IN SEP 2023 AND I STILL AM NOT GETTING A REFUND ON TOP OF IT GETTING MENTALLY HARASSED.

It is beyond comprehension that Intellipaat started recently to deny receipt of payment despite clear bank evidence provided to them contrary to the initial confirmation of receipt of funds by the Intellipat employee and confirmation of processing funds by both the finance team and escalation...

I opted for data science course which was for 12 months. Their has been six months since the course has started yet they have not taught core concepts of data science in a preferred depth every thing covered in just 2months . When I joined this course on website it is mentioned that IIT faculty will teach us. It's been 4 months there is no IIT faculty teaching. Only their industry expert are taking classes which is not mentioned in brochure or any in website. So I want to discontinue my course and I want my fees back so I can discontinue my EMI....

One course advisor contact me from intellipaat and she told me on call that I can discontinue this course if I don't feel suitable for me. But after joining the course I ask to refund the fees and discontinue they rejected. Additional issue is that I got this course in 1, 77, 000 rs and my batchmate got this course only in 98, 000 so I ask for the this biggest gap of 79000 rs they replied that it was special month offer but my batchmate who joined with me in same month those got this course in 98000. So fraud happened with me from intellipaat.

I had raised mail on 1st November 2023 for the cancellation and refund of course Azure certificate master course And for the Mail i have initiated on 31st November, I had received ticket number of 1461585. However I had not received any proper response from Support team till now.. I had enrolled the course on 31th November and opted for EMI option. As I want to cancel the course even before the commencement date of course, i expect a call from Support team and expect the initiation of process of approving my EMI cancellation without any delay for avoiding the auto deduction of EMI amount

I don't want to continue course with Intellipaat. As nothing happening as per the sales people said in the phone call when taking the course, sales people just brain washed us. They are just faking us. It is just waste of time. Making big scam in name of online education. They even not afraid of consumer court. As they faking to consumer court as well. Sub - Cancellation Course & Refund Required, Intellipaat company & his employee name Himanshi Gupta Contact Number [protected] has generated my EMI and 1 Lakh loan by fraud manner for online course and this has been done without any confirmation from me and I have not even started the courses.

I had been searching for information for an online course, for an EV charging Course but the Intellipaat company has cheated me. They made me EMI by saying that registration is free and an OTP was taken from me and it was said that OTP has been taken for free registration. Rather, this OTP has been fraudulently used by an intelligent company. My EMI of Rs 1 lakh has been generated without informing me and Without Acceptance me.

I asked Complaint for cancellation for fraud but employee of the intelligent company says this cannot cancellation happen, This intellipaat company employee mrs Himanhi Gupta is doing fraud work and I am also being harassed again and again call mentally disturbed.

Against this, I Bajaj Company Customer Related was also informed at the same time complaint that my EMI should be Cancellation which has been done by the intelligent company in a fraudulent manner but at that time she got a confirmation that it will be Cancellation but till now no solution has been given. I have also complained multiple times and online Complaint ticket done multiple times to Bajaj Customer Care,

Sir, my civil is also being defaced and one of my EMI is also getting bounced which has been done in fraud manner from Intellipaat company.

Please cancel this EMI and Refund Required

And ₹1770 EMI charge has also been detected from my account which should be recovered from the intelligent company.
