Intellipaat — Fake promise of 100% placement or 100 Refund

I enrolled in MiT Data science 100% placement program at Intellipaat, Coming to the content of the course, nothing more than a free content available on youtube. Actually the course duration is 6 months and the course they completed in 10 months which they took extra 4 months to complete the course. After that they need to show placement assistance as per our discussion during course enrollment, but now they asking to clear PRT in which they asking questions we never heard in the entire course, they not able to provide any placement assistance till now even after 6 months of course completion. As per our agreement I requested for refund as they fail to provide 100% placement, but they not responding on this topic but asking to refer your friends for the course to get refund.. How can I refer my friends to such a worst scam courses.. I am looking for refund from Intellipaat.
