Intellipaat — [Fraud Service] Regarding cancellation and refund of remaining batches

I have enrolled for AWS masters course in Sept 2021 for weekday classes. I have completed 2 batches (AWS solution Architect and DevOps) but since then I have not received any enrollment confirmation for the next batch for last 2 and half months. I have raised multiple queries on the date of commencement for next weekday batch. There has been no proper reply from team on the scheduled date. I escalated it to the escalation manager who promised me to come back with scheduled date for week day classes or refund policy if no class is getting started.
There was no communication regarding below points when I enrolled for the course :
1. There can be gap between batches that also can extend for more than 2 months and even after that there is no confirmation on next batch.
2.My preference was week day class and I cleared this while joining that all batches under AWS masters course will be week days batches. But now escalations manager was forcing me to join weekend batch on call and batch timing(8 - 11 PM) is very unsuitable for me and he was questioning me even though I cleared weekends I am not available.
3.They promised me that course will get completed till Feb 2022 but there are 3 batches pending.
4.No one informed the steps or procedure to take up next course. Batchmates informed that after one course is completed you have raise ticket to enroll for next batch.And now when I want to discontinue they are telling me the rules and procedure which should be told before enrolling.

I humbly request to refund my amount for the pending 3 batches as I want to discontinue the course due to incomplete information, non confirmation, gap between courses and unprofessionalism.
Very disappointed with intellipaat service.

Now the support team is telling there will be no weekdays classes for next batches. Adding the mail screenshot for the same. Very wrong and misguiding information provided by intellipaat.

I have received call from Mahesh regarding complaint but they are forcing to join the batch. He told me that he will be only point of contact for my issues but he never called back neither shared any number to contact. Even they had enrolled me once for weekend batch without my consent which I have unenrolled.I will keep on unenrolling until this matter is resolved and I get my refund for remaining batches.I am telling them that now I don't want to continue as there has been gap of 4 months and I dont at all remember anything about the previous classes.Such a shame they keep promising to come back with resolution but they never call back.

Such a shame on intellipaat .They are again and again enrolling me in some weekend course without my request so that they dont need to resolve my issue. When I was inquiring that time they did not responded but now without any request enrolling me for weekend batch. Never saw this kind of worse service from any institute before. All promises they do before joining or on call are fake.

Even I got cheated with them. The only way that I see is to make a complaint in https://gama.gov.in/Default.aspx. We have a toll free number for this and we can explain our issues and file a consumer complaint. I have been following up on my refund for last 30 days and not getting any response on the same.

Intellipaat is only making moneyvand dont give proper details in the time of enrollment to the course first they promise false discounts and get you to pay the fees the they start showing their true colour, being rude hanging up the calls and scolding us no responding to calls or emails messages sent everything is common for them they only fool people please boycot Intellipaat and punish them they accurs us and call us customers than students. Managers nor escalation nor coyrse advisor or support team none of them are responsible they ask give time and never come back .in the name of IIT they make fake promises and loot money .fRaud fraud fraud .i was promised weekend morning class and after the admission no one sent me a offical mail until i aksed them thye werre only bothered on the cousre admission money after that none will contact and when i asked they gave wrong timings and now they ask me yo adjust to whatever they can give and no IIT peope teach its industry people who dont even intract with you its like a recorded session only and also first few days thers some one else and after that you need to wait for next batch to start for the next session that means what they say 7 months is fake and incorrect .The service people abuse you how ever they said they will check and its been like 4 days that no body really cares .they dont respond to message or calls after fee payment. I will attach what they promised and what they said now i have all the call recording as well to which they have abused me and not responded.Intelipaat is a fraud company please dont join and waste your money they fool you thats it Intellipaat is only making moneyvand dont give proper details in the time of enrollment they say incase your not happy we will refund but when you ask refund they will start preaching work ethics professionalism and scold you only inturn .even afyer they say they will refund you need to wait for 15 days to get it processed and there are chances the Emi can be taken from propelled because even offical mail from intellipaat is not sufficient for them to not take any money also this company is only calls and askes to remove this review else they will not help
