Dear Together,

This is a scam institute. You just call them once to inquire and they will pile on you day in and out. They force you and get under your skin to take course.

There staff is rude.they are just playing around name of IIT.

They took my 3000 and though asked him that I do not want to pursue their course they did not refund my money. They are scamster

    I had requested for an Invoice for the course which I had enrolled for

    I had enrolled for Devops and Cloud Master certification from Intellipaat in Sep 2020. Now I am asking them to provide me the Invoice which I have to submit to my office for reimbursement from 21st March 2022, but still did not received the same. Inspite of several reminders for seeking an update from them but no luck. As if the support team is not at all interested to provide any kind of support. Tried to call to support team number but...

    Incident: March 3rd and 27th of 2022.
    I've been charged A total of 67, 400 by organised systemic fraud and lies. I was first charged 10, 400 INR as a first payment of EMI’s for a course which I was not enrolled into and Intellipaat staff lied for two weeks that refund was made but later saying refund won't be made. After two weeks a new person claiming to be senior Manager said she will offer the course at discounted price in EMI’s...

    Intellipaat, I was once told you were a good platform for learning. I took Interest and enrolled For AZ900 just 3 days back.. Day before yesterday i receive a call from the coarse adviser saying there are some changes made that is my coarse is changed to az104 due to some reason. The coarse adviser told me that i was going to receive a mail within 24 hours and now its been 2 days i haven't received any mails yet.
    The text the coarse adviser multiple times there is no proper response, he sees my messages on WhatsApp and Does not reply to any of them..
    Even in my profile is Intellipaat, Inside MY COARSES Section the coarse that i have opt is not updated.. I sent a Mail to the support team and I have not received a call back yet.. Please I WANT A QUICK RESPONSE FOR THIS ISSUE.

    Please Look into this Intellipaat, I want this to go Right this time .. Or else i would want a refund of 100%

      My name is Akankshit Kumar.I enrolled for cyber security and ethical hacking course in intellipat.I attended the python preparatory classes and found that the course was not worth the money invested . I had paid rupees 1 lakh for course and rupees 10 thousand for registration in IIT Guwahati.
      I have also asked my intellipat manager to delete my account.I kindly request that my money be REFURBISHED AT THE EARLIEST.

We have a toll free number for this and we can explain our issues and file a consumer complaint. I have been following up on my refund for last 30 days and not getting any response on the same.

        I enrolled in 6 free courses thinking intellipaat is a good platform but then I started doing 1 course and finished it like 90 percent and it was actually an outdated course so I asked them is there was any new course it outdated ns tuff .. and after a few days I tried to complete the course and I'm not able to d that!!!
        and the I talk to customer support and he is rude and arguing and saying we don't have free courses he was lying and then I said ur website has free courses and then he said free courses for them who cant afford and insulted and said u should know the free courses are outdated always a and argued and misbehaved with me pls report and take down intellipaat official site down its a fraud !!

            Hi Team,

            I wanted to complete a project on Hyperledger, and I was looking for the online course. I looked into the Intellipaat website, and I was contacted by one of the consultants (Jazz). He mentioned, hurry up, sign up the course is starting on 5th March 2022. I signed up straight away. But consultant enrolled me into the different course (Blockchain in general). I logged in to attend the class, and Lecturer told me this was not the right course.

            I contacted the consultant, and he said he would look into it. Then I asked for a refund because they were delaying in the response. On Tuesday night, I received a text from a consultant (Jazz). He said, "We are working on the refund process".

            So, I was happy about it. I signed up with some other company to have an online class. Then today, I was calling them to provide a refund and one of the consultants said, we are not processing any refund, you can attend this current blockchain course, and we will add your Hyperledger course content into this course. This is entirely unfair and unethical. After multiple requests, they refused to refund me, and I completely comply with their online refund policy. Can you please help me to get my hard-earned money back?

              Recently i have enrolled the Cloud architect masters program and I have Referred one of my friend she is interested to join but unfortunately her Debit card has not worked, Intellipath given suggestion that She can opt to debit my account, I went outside that time They sent a payment link Which i didn't receive that Team has talk with my friend Such a rudely Which is not accepted .                 [Fraud Service] Regarding cancellation and refund of remaining batches

                I have enrolled for AWS masters course in Sept 2021 for weekday classes. I have completed 2 batches (AWS solution Architect and DevOps) but since then I have not received any enrollment confirmation for the next batch for last 2 and half months.                 I enrolled this cloud architect course from intellipaat and before taking this course. my course advisory told that i can cancel the course if i didnt like the content.
                I took this course on monday and watched 2 3 videos on same day and i didnt liked the explanation. I immediately raised a refund and cancellation ticket of my course.
                The support team is out of reach the escalation manager is not confirming my refund, the support team just give excuses. first i was disappointed with the course content but now i am disappointed with the support team also. the escalation manager is just trying to convince me to continue the course but now i dont want to..

                Please look into it. i want 100% refund for the same

                I shifted my batch to weekdays batch starting from 22nd feb, They forgot to send me the zoom link of live session after 2 days which is today i mailed them after that they realised and forwarded the link. Now they are telling me to watch prerecorded video of live session.. please give my money back.
                Contacted the escalation team again regarding to this.. they have alloted a new batch to time. as if they think we have plenty of time. also they are now forcing to continue and asking proofs of call recording. i dont know how this company is operating they are making false statements to get money

                    The DevOps course was not suitable for me as per instructor guidelines, the course was a beginner level I did not attend any demo session, I paid 30k on FEB 6TH 2022, and after I got Acces to application all the contents are for freshers, So I called to instructor Harsha Patnaik he did not even mention about cancellation instruction while on registration now he is telling me that you won’t be able to cancellation now, and after I got access also he did not send any invoice bill for me, he did not respond properly for a refund the amount, The course is not suitable for me I don’t want to continue this anymore please initiate the refund amount, So don't waste your hard-earned money on them, they are ruthless and don't even bother your multiple requests, problems and your valuable time.
                    I told them to refund my money and I don't want to proceed with this course, even I have not attended any of their session since the beginning.
                    But still, they are not refunding my money back. Before registration, they will have a call with you for more than an hour, you registered they won’t call you back and won’t respond properly pleases before joining please have a clear call with them, I hope this complaint will help me, I am compliant this after registration it’s more than 24 hours please refund my 100 % amount

                    I have sent for a few concepts which are in demand in the current situation, but I did not get any response from them, they are mentioning the training name as DevOps master's but the contents are not for Master's, it’s just for very basics, Actually this is Scam, people are frauding the innocent money by telling lies, I want my money back or whatever I have shared concepts at least they can provide us if they can’t please remove DevOps master from your portal, this is not a Master's Program it’s just for freshers not for the people who have 4+ years experience,

                    It’s been 4 days since Today, Still, I did not get my refund amount, still, they are arguing with me you’re not eligible for a refund, I asked for a reason they told me that you’re at discounted price that’s why we are not able to refund but now they are telling me that about this while on registration they agreed for my budget and They did not even mention about discounted and anything, see this is Uterus scam from Intellipaat, They don't even care about students money-making company, fraud company, I lost my 30k without taking any class, online coaching is a fraud, nobody is going to ask here, Even Government also will not take any action because they don’t even know about this issue so that’s why these companies are doing fraud by using students amount,

                    I enrolled[protected] in the above course of the courses with intellipaat (which costs Rs 30000) through no-cost EMI with 'Early Salary' on Dec 31..I interacted with the Intellipaat representative on 07-Feb-2022 with Harsha Patnaik and he did not mention about refund policy I have clearly mentioned, if the course is not suitable I will cancel this course, after one day I feel the content is not suitable for me, so I called and asked him to cancel this course now he is telling you’re in offer we couldn’t, he should have told this before but he did not, and intellipaat is a money-making company, not a truly educational sector sloping many students money...At least if anyone reading this be aware, I will be commenting here until I get justice, I will not leave and I will update my issue over here I hope this complaint will help for me,

                    frankly refund fraud issue with intellipaat.

                    Please don’t go for online coaching without proper communication, I will be visiting the office with the police if I do not get a refund amount, I am canceling this course not more than 24 hours still they are not ready to refund the amount,
                    I did not see any of the videos and I did not attend any of the classes also and they did not have told me about the refund policy now they are mailed you won’t be able to refund, Every institution have refund policies, only Intellipaat reveals refund after joining they won’t tell before joining this fraud, i have attached mail copy

                      I have to raise this complaint again, because for the previous complaint simply they have mentioned resolved, actually, still, I did not get any solution for this until I get solutions I will rise this complaint, They did not mention about refund policies now they are sharing refund policy’s, which is not good, I feel the contents is not for me as my looking for higher content so I am canceling this course

                            Jan 30 I have paid a partial payment for the course that was to start on the 5th of Feb. After paying for the deposit on the 30th of Jan unfortunately due to emergency reason I won’t be able to pursue the course anymore so the following day Jan 31 I did contact my consultant requesting for a refund since I just paid it on the night before the emergency happened at home. I did not get response immediately and they are refused to give my money back. At first I was thinking of getting back to them once issue has been resolved at home but with my experience I can say it was not a good customer service. I have lost £150 for nothing and I would appreciate if someone can help me to file a complaint against Intellipat from India. Im based in the UK and its difficult me to do it due to time difference.

                              I've enrolled for AWS-DevOps course in Intellipaat and They started with different course and then, during the class, students and trainers fought which turned me off with the course ..
                              Now, Intellipaat is giving me new date for the course but I need refund because they have already wasted lot of my time now and Now, I don't believe in them. Please help me get my refund...

                                Guys, trust me me and my wife joined intellipaat, at the time of joining lot of promises were given by anshuman (course advisor) that we will be scheduled interviews 1 per weeek etc.. Course content is really outdated and at the end of training they even dont care about you and even not respond to your calls . Guys trust me i really frustated mailing and calling them, my advise to the people who are looking for course and job assistance etcc
                                etcc dont even think of intellipaat.

                                Even I got cheated with them. The only way that I see is to make a complaint in https://gama.gov.in/Default.aspx. We have a toll free number for this and we can explain our issues and file a consumer complaint. I have been following up on my refund for last 30 days and not getting any response on the same.
