I'm Nikhil. Recently took MNIT PG Program with Cyber security and ethical hacking course with intellipaat. I was told below things while joining the program by Sales Intellipaath representative(Rohit):
He shared the program details and cheated( realised after the course started). Post which Nischay was assigned as my mentor who continued cheating process in a professional manner where he was saying he is working with his team on resolutions for my below issues but won't comeback on exact issue.
1. I was informed that I will get MNIT JAIPUR PG admission letter, i didn't get even after 3 months.
2. I was informed the faculty is from MNIT and their details were printed in website, they started the course with intellipaat internal team member and then continued with non MNIT faculty.
3. I was informed that I will be provided a Cloud ILab environment where all the tools be pre installed for practicing purpose. This was not shared alternatively stressed on Virtual machine set up where most of the tools explained can never be installed and make them running.
4. Few of the sessions which were conducted by non MNIT JAIPUR faculty were ran through YouTube which are available for free.
5. Post Ethical Hacking Course, we have assignments which needs to be completed and those can never be completed due to this Virtual Machine dependencies for tools to install and its given green light from team. :)
6. They made me to upgrade my laptop configuration which prices me another 50k(other than course value 75k). Highlight point is only virtual machine was installed with two OS but actual course concept tools can't be installed after spending this much amount. Please note that before taking course i asked Rohit that this is my laptop configuration and he said it's absolutely fine for course.
7. They called me asking for feedback during the course period but all my feedbacks were void as no one bothered.

I have requested for my refund amount due to the above sequence of steps are happening even for that they are giving solid solution like - Yes, we will give you MNIT admission letter, faculty, ILab for practice. They are not initiatmy course resolutions or refund procedure.

Please respond to my concern ASAP.
