Hi,

Abhilasha here, registered myself over intellipaat over call with the help of Heena. There is lack of professionalism with the agent. I have paid 15k till now with the help of Dr. Card EMI & 3k from credit card, remaining is 5k (for Azure admin & devops). She have not informed me that I will not get the complete access to watch the video of live classes. I have clearly told her that the remaining amount I will pay in next month. I am not okay to get the access, as I have paid major part of the fees in advance, if I will not pay this in next month you are free to block me with the access. I have not conveyed the complete information. Either give me complete access or refund the amount.

She is not responding now over wassaap & calls too.

    I have registered for course through installments. But it has created a loan account on my name which am unaware of. So I have requested intellipaat to cancel my payment. But they are not agreeing to do the same. They are trying to keep my money

    No action had been taken yet . Seriously they are trying to forge me. They said it's a kind of verification and forged me so that it created a loan account. I am not getting any response from anyone in Intellipaat. Can someone revert asap

      The incident took place on afternoon of 27/07/2022 where I was persuaded to pay a sum of 1000 rupees for blocking the seat on an online certification course on UI/UX from Intellipaat with tie-up from IIT Guwahati.

      Later upon inspection, I found few issues with the course and decided not to pursue, not even attending any lecture. Upon stating this fact, the course advisor impolitely rejected to refund the amount.

      Being an student, faced with this type of activity is disheartening. Thus, I request from the community to please help me in this situation.

        Intellipaat is a scam hub, They looted my money and not returning. My previous complaints were auto marked resolved faked.

          They cheated with me and taken 2.5L. They are scammers and not returning my money.

          There are three guys (Anshuman, Sailesh and Nishchay, They make false commitment before payment, Once payment, They refuse everything and threat me when I asked for money back.

            Hi Team,

            Intellipaat failed to keep up their promise of completing my course on time as they said course will complete by 7 months it's almost 10 months still course is going on and even after completion of 70% course they didn't provide interview assistance. As they failed to keep up their word I demand my course to be refunded in full.

              I recently enquired them about cloud computing and devops course with them and when i asked they(sales) promised me of 600 Hours of lab. Latter when i checked with support after paying the money and enrolling for the course they ask me to create a free AWS account myself.

              This is nothing but false promise. I did attended only three classes so far and i am asking them to detect the amount for that refund my amount, for which they are not responding.

                Sorry, but enough is enough.

                Kindly initiate the refund for " Advanced Certification in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence by CCE, IIT Madras & Intellipaat for BC=221004-B1 " bought on 07 April 2022.

                I am Sreenivasulu Vemuluru. I enrolled for Data Science course with Intelipat. But I couldn’t follow the content as I am from non IT background. Now I lost my Job.So, I requested the team for cancellation since May . One of your team member @Priya, said will escalate your issue to concern team but I am hearing different responses from the team.Intially they agreed to escalate this issue to concern team and now they are not responding to me.

                I had the raise the request in the month of May but till now no resolution was happened there.
                I am not not asking complete refund but your team wont give any solution here.

                Though I wasn’t understanding the course, I paid 2 emis to EarlySalary. Due to financial crisis, I couldn’t make the third EMI. Now EarlySalary is continually after me .

                Why are your team cheating the people here.

                They are all fake names. One will be Priya they have taken many o[censored]s like you for a scam ride. Their employees sit down and do all the fake things and i am not able to understand how is IIT in this scam.

                  I have purchased Salesforce apex integration course self placed training course from Intellipaat.As I am going through the videos, trainer has told install plugins in eclipse. But I am trying to install that plugins those are outdated one which has been removed by Salesforce. As I have contacting the support for help they didn't resolving and closing my tickets.

                      I have joined for E&ICT MNIT, Jaipur’s PG Certification in Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking, on Jan 10 2022, during admission they made lot of promises which they're not keeping it up they mention classes will be regularly taken on weekends Saturday and Sunday from 8 PM to 11 PM but in the beginning itself it was just one and a half hour session and trainers or not actually IIT professors, now they say that I have opted for a different course in which IIT professors or not a part of it IIT professors are taking some other courses which I haven't opted, the trainers who take classes or not actual ethical hackers who work in this field most of the times what ever they try to teach there is no proper result to that and they say you can do you should do some R&D, where in if the trainer himself doesn't get the result how would I get the result I tried to tell them this from the beginning itself but they do not respond to calls messages text when I called person named Nischay he was my point of contact whenever we reach him he says he's on leave he's a he's on sick leave he's not well he will try to give me a call by evening or next day and it every day they push this away and they call you and time after 9PM 10 PM, they also ask timing when is a proper time to call you when we give the timing they have never responded on that particular time always the call at nights and start doing drama your voice is not audible not clear such things and then disconnect every time someone else calls different person different person we have to explain them each and every thing from the beginning this makes such a mess and so hard to us

                        Hi,

                        I had enrolled for Advanced Data Science course with downpayment of RS.75000/- from my credit card ( sales Representaive : AKANSHA ). However, as i was not able to manage my EMI's, I reached out for fiancial aid from my gaurdians. They understood the situation and told that they will be able to support on the basises of directly transfering the amount to course center. Post receving the amount from their end, the Intellipaat can reimburse my money back. I spoke to sales represntative asthe support team told to talk to her only. However, did not get any help from her. I asked her to arrange a call from her manager, which I have been following for 3 days now and haven't received any call till date.

                        Why is it so difficult to just help on this small thing?. My friends who has stuck in similar situation across other course centers like upgrade or geeklurn, they have got complete support. But, Here they seem to be least bothered about their students apart from marketing and sales.

                            I am American and I cannot understand the trainer. Their website says you can request a refund before 7 days of starting the course. I was also told that when I enrolled. I have tried numerous times to explain that the language barrier is just too extreme for me and the class is too advanced even after telling them that I was a beginner when I enrolled. They will not refund my money.

                              Intellipaat is not refunding my 2.5L amount. Before the payment they said they are ok with 2.5L amount and I will pay rest amount by Sept 2022. Now after 2.5L payment, they are saying that I need to pay rest amount as well.

                                They say they refund policy is we should ask refund within a week and have stated them cyber security classes started after two weeks that is after four classes four classes where first two classes were Linux, Python for two classes, then came the trainer who is supposed to take CEH on third week and it was fifth class on that day it was just his introduction our introduction and what are the topics he is going to cover that was just 1 1/2 hour session
                                And their policy states if we are not satisfied we should ask for refund within a week that is within first two classes there is no logic at all, how can someone ask for refund on this time period when the actual classes were not started at all and they do not state this in the beginning during admission I have paid Rs.86, 000 and for the past few months I'm trying to reach them over call message what's up and now email and they're responding aft one or two days and each and every time it is a different person they will call and ask what is the issue you are facing I have sent them each and every thing on the mail itself they do not read that they directly callers and ask each and every time it is so hard to explain it to them and again they say it is company policy company policy

                                Completely waste of time nothing to learn nothing gained wasted weekends mentally irritation for entire week
                                I'm not even concentrate on our work when such thing happens and they say you need to put in more efforts more efforts during weekdays this is the reason we ask only for weekend batch if we can do things on week days we would have opted for weekday classes things the teacher all already on YouTube there are lot of videos which are there for free and these people charge so much and they don't even give proper response

                                  Hi, Recently I enquired on devops master course. Aruhi from intellipaat connected to me. She insisted me to take course immediately. I told her right now I have financial issues, later will take this course . And if it is urgent for you please take No from my side. She started replying very harsh. she said, if you don't have money, don't come to my site. Is this the way intellipaat talk to us? Is there any rule that if we enquire about course, should take that course that immediately within a week. So disrespectful. Scared to take course from intellipaat.

                                    I have purchased course from intellipaat on Friday (10th of June ) . I have not received access to course and Invoice yet . Support and Aishwarya, who sold me course also not responding .
                                    They seem like fraud.

                                      For purchasing a course they give all false promises saying they will provide lab setup etc but they don’t after purchasing. In fact they ask us to create our own with personal credit card details

                                        They are defrauding people in the name of providing courses from IITG. While opting for one course, their consultants will call you and sell you another course of a higher price promising that the course will be taught by IITG faculty. after few months when you realize that still no faculty from IITG have taken your class yet, you will complain to them asking for a clarification. They normally come back saying that, the theory sessions will be taken by the IITG faculty which will come later in the term. A few months later when you check back with them as to why IITG faculties have not taken any sessions yet, they come back saying that the course certificate will be from IITG but no faculty from IITG will take your sessions. The faculties are actully working professionals who are moon lighting their own companies by taking classes over the weekend for additional income. The boom in edtech has given all of these already well payed professionals an additional income at the cost of office/family time. I found their classes ameturish. Classes from udemy and youtube by real professionals are far better. You are just paying money to get a certificate from IITG and wasting 12-13 months of your time. For me this is a scam organization earning money by maiking false claims. Udemy certificate would do if you are just looing to gain experience.

                                        This has happened to me as well. And I am fighting the battle to get a refund for IIT G program for 9 months. Services are appalling more so technical staff is not competent. You will be surprised to know that they do not have a questionnaire/ checklist for migrating apps/tools to the cloud, this is a fundamental requirement for any solution architect to start work. They are fooling us by running the services and training with novices who claim to be industry experts.It has been two months there is no clue on who IIT G professor will be conducting the session, there customer support now turns around saying that some sesion will be delivered by IIT folks. they have cleary misleading students of time and money
