Playing with students dream and emotions

I have applied for 1 year Global MBA program IU Germany from Intellipaat.
When they counseled me so much fancy expectation was created as i was just feeling all my dreams will become true, guaranteed interviews, working in Germany and what not. Hence i immediately applied for EMI loan through their credit partner Propelld. Next day my loan passed. and 240000 got credited to Intellipaat. But still i did not received any login credentials...

I am American and I cannot understand the trainer. Their website says you can request a refund before 7 days of starting the course. I was also told that when I enrolled. I have tried numerous times to explain that the language barrier is just too extreme for me and the class is too advanced even after telling them that I was a beginner when I enrolled. They will not refund my money.

    Intellipaat is not refunding my 2.5L amount. Before the payment they said they are ok with 2.5L amount and I will pay rest amount by Sept 2022. Now after 2.5L payment, they are saying that I need to pay rest amount as well.

      I have joined for E&ICT MNIT, Jaipur’s PG Certification in Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking, on Jan 10 2022, during admission they made lot of promises which they're not keeping it up they mention classes will be regularly taken on weekends Saturday and Sunday from 8 PM to 11 PM but in the beginning itself it was just one and a half hour session and trainers or not actually IIT professors, now they say that I have opted for a different course in which IIT professors or not a part of it IIT professors are taking some other courses which I haven't opted, the trainers who take classes or not actual ethical hackers who work in this field most of the times what ever they try to teach there is no proper result to that and they say you can do you should do some R&D, where in if the trainer himself doesn't get the result how would I get the result I tried to tell them this from the beginning itself but they do not respond to calls messages text when I called person named Nischay he was my point of contact whenever we reach him he says he's on leave he's a he's on sick leave he's not well he will try to give me a call by evening or next day and it every day they push this away and they call you and time after 9PM 10 PM, they also ask timing when is a proper time to call you when we give the timing they have never responded on that particular time always the call at nights and start doing drama your voice is not audible not clear such things and then disconnect every time someone else calls different person different person we have to explain them each and every thing from the beginning this makes such a mess and so hard to us

      They say they refund policy is we should ask refund within a week and have stated them cyber security classes started after two weeks that is after four classes four classes where first two classes were Linux, Python for two classes, then came the trainer who is supposed to take CEH on third week and it was fifth class on that day it was just his introduction our introduction and what are the topics he is going to cover that was just 1 1/2 hour session
      And their policy states if we are not satisfied we should ask for refund within a week that is within first two classes there is no logic at all, how can someone ask for refund on this time period when the actual classes were not started at all and they do not state this in the beginning during admission I have paid Rs.86, 000 and for the past few months I'm trying to reach them over call message what's up and now email and they're responding aft one or two days and each and every time it is a different person they will call and ask what is the issue you are facing I have sent them each and every thing on the mail itself they do not read that they directly callers and ask each and every time it is so hard to explain it to them and again they say it is company policy company policy

      Completely waste of time nothing to learn nothing gained wasted weekends mentally irritation for entire week
      I'm not even concentrate on our work when such thing happens and they say you need to put in more efforts more efforts during weekdays this is the reason we ask only for weekend batch if we can do things on week days we would have opted for weekday classes things the teacher all already on YouTube there are lot of videos which are there for free and these people charge so much and they don't even give proper response

        Hi, Recently I enquired on devops master course. Aruhi from intellipaat connected to me. She insisted me to take course immediately. I told her right now I have financial issues, later will take this course . And if it is urgent for you please take No from my side. She started replying very harsh. she said, if you don't have money, don't come to my site. Is this the way intellipaat talk to us? Is there any rule that if we enquire about course, should take that course that immediately within a week. So disrespectful. Scared to take course from intellipaat.

              They are defrauding people in the name of providing courses from IITG. While opting for one course, their consultants will call you and sell you another course of a higher price promising that the course will be taught by IITG faculty. after few months when you realize that still no faculty from IITG have taken your class yet, you will complain to them asking for a clarification. They normally come back saying that, the theory sessions will be taken by the IITG faculty which will come later in the term. A few months later when you check back with them as to why IITG faculties have not taken any sessions yet, they come back saying that the course certificate will be from IITG but no faculty from IITG will take your sessions. The faculties are actully working professionals who are moon lighting their own companies by taking classes over the weekend for additional income. The boom in edtech has given all of these already well payed professionals an additional income at the cost of office/family time. I found their classes ameturish. Classes from udemy and youtube by real professionals are far better. You are just paying money to get a certificate from IITG and wasting 12-13 months of your time. For me this is a scam organization earning money by maiking false claims. Udemy certificate would do if you are just looing to gain experience.

              This has happened to me as well. And I am fighting the battle to get a refund for IIT G program for 9 months. Services are appalling more so technical staff is not competent. You will be surprised to know that they do not have a questionnaire/ checklist for migrating apps/tools to the cloud, this is a fundamental requirement for any solution architect to start work. They are fooling us by running the services and training with novices who claim to be industry experts.It has been two months there is no clue on who IIT G professor will be conducting the session, there customer support now turns around saying that some sesion will be delivered by IIT folks. they have cleary misleading students of time and money

                I contacted this online school in order to obtain daytime courses. In speaking to a Mr. Dhir I was informed that there was schooling within my availability of daytime EST,

                I have now received the cost which is in IST which is impossible for me to take even though I informed them that is not what I wanted they still placed me there and took my money. I have informed them this is misleading and fraudulent.

                They work on commission so I take it to get the sale they will say anyting.

                I want my money back, this is absolutely insane, why would I pick a time that does not suit my schedule?

                  I was miss-sold IIT Guwahati advance certification in Cloud and DevOps. I was charged Rs1Lakh for a 9 month program and have been clearly informed the IIT Guwahati will be the training faculty. a) Its been nearing 2 months, and the is no trace of IIT faculty conducting training. b) Intellipat claims that it has industry experts conducting training which is contrary to what I have experienced. The trainer just rushes through the sections and doesn't get to the depth of giving a detailed understanding.

                  To conclude I am better off buying the Udemy training program for Rs500 and clearing my concepts. I am highly disappointed and misled by the Sales team. they have wasted my time and my money.

                  I have been trying to contact Intellepat customer support through Nischay but of no avail is been more than a month follow up.

                  I would need a full refund and would like to log a complaint with IIT for misusing the name to make a killing for the training. Though this training program is expected to cover AWS, GCP, Azure and DevOps concepts but certainly is not worth Rs1Lakh !!!

                    I paid for MNIT- PG Certification in Business Analysis & Product Management and i have been going through the self-paced program. i would like to notify the public that it is a very low quality program. i have asked for REFUND and they have refused to give me back my money.

                    DO NOT REGISTER WITH INTELLIPAAT.

                    save yourself the trouble and go get quality study else where.

                      I have been in talks with Nischay, Intellipaat agent, for the last 30 days on my course details. Brochure services were not provided and asked for a resolution time which was not confirmed. He confirmed that if I wont get confirmation that if MNIT Jaipur faculty wont confirm thier agreement by today he will start my refund but he again dropped mail to wait for another 15 days NOT FOR RESOLUTION...

                      Hi,

                      I enrolled to their course when mentioned from their executives that it is going to be the right course as per my needs.

                      I opted for it and paid the full amount

                      However, when I attended their 1st batch I got to know that its way more technical and was of no use to me.

                      I continuously took follow-ups and they were not addressing my complaint in a proper manner over emails. So then I decided to file a complaint over Consumer Forum

                      They got in touch with me and asked to check for another course which they thought could be useful per my career profile. They also agreed over email that this second course, if found not useful by me, then I'll be eligible for a full refund (and I have this statement over email also)

                      I agreed as I am here to learn and enhance my skills and grow in the same domain where I have been working from the inception of my career.

                      However, when the second offered course again proved non-beneficial; I asked them to refund the amount as what they committed to me. But the response I got is they'll refund just 30% of the amount I paid and not the full amount.

                      I am here to file an official complaint against intellipaat. Please let me know how I need to proceed further with this complaint

                      But they are not refunding me my full amount of the course which I paid in one shot

                          I purchased a course on intellipat:Business iNtelligence Architect course. It cost me around 31000. When I enquired, the associate forced me, called me numerous time and kept suggesting the most expensive course on the list.

                          Regardless, I slelected a suitable course on March 7th. I waited 2 months patiently for the training to become better and engaging. The entire Website is downrih terrible. The Trainers are unprofessional and rude.
                          3 out of 6 trainers just read out of a slide. They have no idea hw something is taught or, how a concept needs to be explained.

                          I have asked for a refund because, I simply cannot listen to such non-communicative trainers. The SQL trainers downright instructed us to not ask any doubts. The Tableau instructor is so so Dull. It is just Bad. I hope I get a refund. BUt please make sure you do not subscribe to any of their courses

                              On May 6 2022, I registered for a course of Power Bi, at the time of taking the money the course councellor (Laxmi) assured me that the support team will help me clearing the doubts with regards to my personal/company projects . After i paid the money she told me to raise a ticket regarding the issue on which you need help on hence i raised a ticket for which I got a reply from the technical team that as this is not directly related to the course content hence we will not be able to help you in this, I replied to the email stating that in Lecture no : 25 the same content is being covered hence how come the question is out of the course content, for which I got a reply that they will be able to help me on the projects which they have assigned me to work on, outside it they will not be able to help me out . I told that if that is the case then please refund my money as this was not promised at the time of taking the money.
                              after that i raised the request for refund by sending a mail to [protected]@intellipaat.com and ticket number was given as 470170 . this ticket was raised on saturday 7th May 2022 and it is 10th May today that I haven't received any response from them, everytime when i call to the support team they tell me that you will receive a call within 15-20 mins but no one calls me .
                              Please help me in getting my refund .

                              Hi Bro

                              Even I got cheated with them. The only way that I see is to make a complaint in https://gama.gov.in/Default.aspx. We have a toll free number for this and we can explain our issues and file a consumer complaint. I have been following up on my refund for last 30 days and not getting any response on the same.

                                Hi, this is Prasad ...I have taken a course from intellipat on may 7 at 2.00pm ..and course will start from may 10..course advisor rushed me to take course otherwise I will lost offer from them ...they forced me to take course ..i don't have money to pay they convinced me to take on Bajaj emi ... after taking the course i realised . And asked them may 7 at 7.00pm to cancel the course...they said drop a mail to support team...they raised a ticket...they said it won't possible to cancel the course...i am not yet used the product...help me to cancel the course and refund..i am attaching the photos to this ...
