[Resolved]  Intellipaat — Intellipaat is a Fraud - Don't waste your time and money

Worst experience I have ever had. They are so unprofessional and don't care about your valuable time
I enrolled for Artificial Intelligence Engineer Master’s and Cloud and DevOps Architect Master’s Course. When Attended the first session of AWS the instructor shared the topics that will be covered which are not as per market standard, when asked; they says it’s as per intellipaat instructions and nothing additional will be covered, additionally they are asking us to go for Linux Training first, for which as per support I again need to pay and so I didn’t continue with further classes, at the time of enrollment they said it's all covered under the same training and now they are segregating course contents and asking us to pay. Similarly for Azure training the instructor informing us that only 30 % will be covered under the course name AZ-303 and this also cover AZ-304, and as per them AZ-104 covers 70 % of the topics which will not be repeated in AZ-303, for AZ-104 they are asking me to enroll again which is again paid. They have same skills covered under the same module, for e.g. Python is covered under both AI And Cloud and Devops Masters’s course for which they are taking fees twice.
Apart from above points the instructors doesn’t sound experience, the course contents also not as per market standard requirement, and teaching is MSpaint, Intellipaat’s instructors doesn’t have proper tool to explain the diagram. Despite of several feedback and escalation there are no improvement.
I ‘ve requested for full refund and until now there is no update. It’s a nightmare to get the refund and hoping to get it soon so that I can get enroll with other Live Virtual Classes institution.
Please don't waste your hard-earned money on them, they are ruthless and don't even bother your multiple requests, problems and your valuable time.
They just care about money and once they received that, they don't even give the damn ### about anything.

This can't be considered a valid complaint/grievance since the candidate is unwilling to share the registered email id and order id for the validation purposes.
