No proper email communication

Hi team, I have opted for PG course, but last month they have put my name in master course batch. After that I came to know there was a miss communication. Then again they ask me to join in IIT batch. But again I have received mail from Anand, saying like this week session cancelled.

Please help me. I am helpless

Hi im mujeeb an enrolled into blockchain course. many times i raised the mail regarding sessions doubts but till now i dint get any response. when i call to your customer care they said we will arrange the call with technical person but till now they din't . only one time i got the call but that time i was attend the session i told to that person.

Unethical service and irresponsible

Hello, I subscribed for Az-400 course with Intellipaat and disappointed with the very first session. I wrote to Intellipaat but the response was totally bad. I see that the trainers are not prepared for the session and there is no time management for the so called experienced trainers. (Data science course)Not giving correct/full information about course & refund policy

I am Rajat gupta. I did MCA in 2017.I am unemployed due to corona. So, I wanted to get a job but I don't have any IT skills .so, I enquired the course about data science in intellipaat. But course advisor given wrong information that after purchasing the course, you can cancel/refund the course. But when I purchased the course, they say refund is not possible. Their support team is not listening . I dropped the mail in support team as well...

Course incompletion

Signed for Big Data course & without completing the topics the company is sending email as of course completed even though pointing out the missing topics. the trainer is not willing to take the missing session just confusing the learners that everything is covered.
dont join useless training center...

Online Course

This online institution claims on their website to provide hands-on experience to the students after completing the course. However, there's nothing as such.
They take money from the students provide only online lectures and do not conduct Hands-on.
As a student, it is crucial to have a Hands-on experience to fully grasp the concept without that you are as good as nothing.

Upgrade to different course

Hi Team,

I had enrolled for SSRS online classroom training on 18th of Feb, And today (19th feb). The course advisor has called to say, the trainer who was supposed to deliver the SSRS training is not available because of personal reasons, and should pay 5k more to upgrade the course to MSBI (which includes SSRS).

I don't want to pay anything for other courses included in MSBI. I wanted SSRS only.

Problem with intellipaat

Im Raising request for the 2nd time here, the Manager Dipali from intellipaat made me close the consumer complaint request forcibly saying only then she will work on my case, like everytime she spoke promisingly and never returned, im startled that there is no hierarchy or a team who can solve on agreed terms with customer, to add the manager puts somuch of energy arguing with me but fails to work or solve on my concern, This team has tortured...

SAP S4 HANA Simple Logistics Training and Certification -- Refund

Hello Team,
I have enrolled in a Self-Paced course on SAP S4 HANA Simple Logistics Training and Certification. From August/September onwards the course videos are not available to watch. I am discussing with them and mailing(till now we had 45 mails conversions) but there is no proper information. They are ready to give 80% vouchers and 20% refund. How is it possible?

They don't have proper details to discuss with...

I have taken Master data Science course for 40000 they have promised they will teach in Advanced and professional level and after joining they are not even covering the basic level and students are getting fooled.

And they are fooling people saying we will help you with Job Assistance support and doing marketing with People weakness

They are charging hefty amounts for the course...

Denial of Service I have paid for and Unfair Refund

I have opted for SAP ABAP on HANA course from Intellipat paying a certain amount.
While joining the course advisor stated me I can take up the course any tie from the next day after informing him prior to a day or so.
Hence after enrolling I thought to take up the course next month and was simply checking their website I couldn't see the course name listed till then. Hence checked with their Advisor and he stated they are doing...

Business analytics

These people are never reachable the number which they have provided go for waiting always ([protected])
M tired with them, I took on a emi basis n looking for cancellations for something but they not gonna consider neither they reply on mail nor call just keep raising tickets, , please someone out there let me know how to handle... feels like stuck and cheated, took this course with lot of hopes but m feeling like cheated...

i have cancelled my course and my change of new training course and money refund to Zest team isnt been taken up properly by intellipaat team and we are unable to get the right support to solve and fix my concern after i reached gazillion times, every POC and person who handled my case were merely trying to let go of my case and never tried to work and solve my money concern with zest team which is tied with training...

Refund not processed and fraud service

I was asked to enroll to the Course will false promises which was ever met. Then post the payment, the service given was very very bad and then they wont even respond to the call we make.
Moreover the refund process is not even initiated as I am unhappy with the service they are providing.
Long time I kept on following up, but our time and money are not even respected for atleast 1%....

I have enrolled for a Full-stack web development course on 20/11/2020.
Though they already have lots of free videos available on youtube. when Learning team has contacted me they told that paid course videos are different then what is available for free.
Moreover, he has mentioned that they have a top-quality trainer and they provide to get a job even for 7 yrs of experience person.

False promises were made in terms of online sap course on s4 hana simple Finance

Fake promises where given by this company. They were unable to full fill there commitments given to us but on monetary basis they are as per there company rule. Today there staff Mahesh and Suraj called me and said they cannot refund my money and started using Pressure tactics, saying that they would keep our 70% money and refund on 30%.
