Hi,
I enrolled for Data Science Master Course. I am very much disappointed from IntelliPaat Team. They are not responding my queries.. Earlier they promised so many but once they got a money from me they have changed their mindset... Very worst experience after joining in Intelipaat.

    I have enrolled for the course informatica big data management certification course on 8th august 2021.
    They are not providing me the full course as mentioned In their website
    1.16 hrs instructor led training
    2.50 hrs project and exercises
    When i complained about this they are saying this course is not provided by them hence opt for any other course i denied that and asked them full refund they are saying thats...

    Intellipaat is a Fraud - Don't waste your time and money

    I had enrolled for S/4 Hana Simple Finance Advance Course with intellipaat on june, 2019 with prior commitments from them to cover the particular topics but after paying the entire amount through zest money loan and had the first introduction session with trainer, I came to know that all the candidates in the session are fresher's and teacher was only covering the basic topics then I requested to change my batch and trainer but the 2nd trainer was also not able to cover my topics as he was not well experienced.
    Then after wasting my lots of time for requesting multiple times to provide me the proper trainer who can give me the proper training for required topics, they asked me pay 60k more to cover the course.

    Then I told them to refund my money and I don't want to proceed with this course, even I have not attended any of their session since beginning.
    But still they are not refunding my money back.

    I have all the confirmation on email and call recordings of their sales team member who assured me to cover all those topics.

    How can anybody forcefully kept anybodies hard earned money without providing any services? This is rediculous and unethical.

    Its been around more than 2years, they are not even refund the money but also harassing from their 3rd party vendor zest money.

    See the attached screenshot of emails. If still you have any excuses then shame on you for whatever you are doing to your customers just to earn money. You will be get punished one day for harassing people unneccesarily for your karmas..

    Please Note, The outliners of the topics promised were covered in the live sessions and the self-paced content. You were expecting in-depth training on the additional training modules for which we had to re-arrange and re-schedule the curriculum specifically for you. The additional fee for the same was informed to you as per the trainers input.

    Intellipaat is responsible for the committed curriculum delivery. The same was delivered in the live batch. The changes in the curriculum was specifically for you as per your requirement.

    You are bloody lierrrrr... Call me looping Manmeet kaur your sales team executive.. When did she ever said that for the course content which she confirmed there will be additional fees charged. I have all the call recordings with her.. So don't say anything whats come to your mind which is not true... that's how you play with people by saying bogus statements. How did you resolved this case by your own.. It will not resolve till the time you cancel my loan.. You Fraudsters...
    You are the big fraud and liers also.
    Tell me one thing, have I enrolled for self paced content or live sessions!!! I had enrolled for live sessions only. Self paced content video's access was provided to me as extra benefit at free of cost without my consent. And those videos had nothing but just the basic details. I can even prepare such training videos better than that. I have accessed those videos just to check the course content and was not even interested after checking few ones.

    Is there anywhere mentioned in your policy that you can ask your customers anytime to pay 60k more to cover the same course content which was initially committed at 20k to cover by your team members. Please show me that also.

      Hello, I'm Mounish. I enrolled in the course through the Emi option on 31 July 2021.due to some personal issues I want to cancel my course when I asked for the Intellipat team to cancel my course and initiate the refund. they are replying back very late to my calls by replying we cannot cancel your course and cannot issue the refunds due to policy . I don’t have any access to courses and have not even attended a single lecture . how they can charge the money when the person is not ready to attend the course .please help me to get my refunds

        Just Rip of your money. Course material is outdated, atleast 3 years old. No projects, as shown in the website. No refund. They guarantee you everything, after that, No support from the team. No link even to submit the reviews for the courses or the company.

          Scammers!! Not providing the service as promised

          From day 1 of registration they have been telling one or other reason and don't follow the time line for completing the course. They will close the session by telling the topics got over even after not completing 70% of syllabus. To me in BI course they have just started DAX and from 5 days no proper classes are going and customer service telling that the course completed

          Intelipaat has contacted me back on my complaint raised.. they have solved my problem with this i feel that they have taken some inputs and incorporate with them so they won't repeat it again.
          See, here we are not arguing or debating on anything.
          Only thing is that, to a learner, institute is the temple. And if a temple becomes market then there will be no value.
          To learners, You all are equal to god. So please carry on the students on right path..

                Hi im mujeeb an enrolled into blockchain course. many times i raised the mail regarding sessions doubts but till now i dint get any response. when i call to your customer care they said we will arrange the call with technical person but till now they din't . only one time i got the call but that time i was attend the session i told to that person.

                  Hello, I subscribed for Az-400 course with Intellipaat and disappointed with the very first session. I wrote to Intellipaat but the response was totally bad. I see that the trainers are not prepared for the session and there is no time management for the so called experienced trainers. I found that recordings posted in the YouTube are so good but the interactive sessions are literally worst. I would like to help upcoming learners with my feedback so that they can find a better institution.

                    I am Rajat gupta. I did MCA in 2017.I am unemployed due to corona. So, I wanted to get a job but I don't have any IT skills .so, I enquired the course about data science in intellipaat. But course advisor given wrong information that after purchasing the course, you can cancel/refund the course. But when I purchased the course, they say refund is not possible. Their support team is not listening . I dropped the mail in support team as well as escalations team. I came from lower middle class family. My father is shop keeper(small grocery store) and only earning member of my family & I am unemployed. How I can manage the funds ? My father is not ready to give the funds as they say if you done the course what is the guarantee of job ? My father have to manage all the funds . Bank recovery team came to my home and asking about EMI. I am depressed and hopeless . Please help.

Please know the package that you are expecting considering you have no experience in the technology, will be difficult to achieve. Also, due to location constraints, the job opportunities will be limited. However, in case any company is hiring at higher packages for freshers, we will contact you for the same. We would expect you also to be a little flexible as you will be considered a fresher due to no experience on the technology.

                          This online institution claims on their website to provide hands-on experience to the students after completing the course. However, there's nothing as such.
                          They take money from the students provide only online lectures and do not conduct Hands-on.
                          As a student, it is crucial to have a Hands-on experience to fully grasp the concept without that you are as good as nothing.
                          I tried to reach out to these people to conduct Hands-on but they keep saying that it shall be conducted soon or the following week. No people from my class has received Hands-on experience. Additionally, this website lurks many foreign students which is damaging the reputation of India.

                            Hi Team,

                            I had enrolled for SSRS online classroom training on 18th of Feb, And today (19th feb). The course advisor has called to say, the trainer who was supposed to deliver the SSRS training is not available because of personal reasons, and should pay 5k more to upgrade the course to MSBI (which includes SSRS).

                            I don't want to pay anything for other courses included in MSBI. I wanted SSRS only.

                            When I asked trainer to initiate refund, he says we don't have such policies.

                            Kindly help me out.

                              Im Raising request for the 2nd time here, the Manager Dipali from intellipaat made me close the consumer complaint request forcibly saying only then she will work on my case, like everytime she spoke promisingly and never returned, im startled that there is no hierarchy or a team who can solve on agreed terms with customer, to add the manager puts somuch of energy arguing with me but fails to work or solve on my concern, This team has tortured me by not attending or taking up the case the way its supposed to be taken, the next will be a police compliant against this intellipaat for dry handing a customer who has come for change of course, the tie with a finance company never responds to intellipaat and they have no good contacts with them to close cases like mine, is it right for the organization to force the customer to close the consumer complaint without resolution? i need my problem to address rightly and effectively .

                                Hello Team,
                                I have enrolled in a Self-Paced course on SAP S4 HANA Simple Logistics Training and Certification. From August/September onwards the course videos are not available to watch. I am discussing with them and mailing(till now we had 45 mails conversions) but there is no proper information. They are ready to give 80% vouchers and 20% refund. How is it possible?

                                They don't have proper details to discuss with me. Simply they do CTRL+C & V and send the mail.
                                Also, saying that swap the course, who are they to say here swap the course.

                                I strongly said I need full refund or full course videos.

                                Self-Paced means I can watch any time and i can choose any video in the list and i can watch any video till middle and i can close the video. This means I have not completed the course. The team says that you have watched some video so you have completed the course -- This is the way of dealing with learners.

                                If videos are available then why should I ask for a refund. Please note it. The problem is with your end why learner should be bear. why learner should be suffer. Totally they are doing fraud.

                                So many times I discussed but there is no proper or good information from them.

                                Kindly request you initiate the full refund or course videos ASAP.
