[Resolved]  Intellipaat — Refund for the course

Hi,

My Name is Ashish Sharma. I opted for advanced course for cloud and devops worth Rs.90000. My course was to be started on 30th October 2021 and I was told that the classes will be taken by IIT professors and Industry experts, having 20-25 years of experience however, when I received an email having the link to join the session it mentioned trainer as intellipaat expert. At the same timeI sent the screenshot to Priyank and asked him that I was told that the trainer would be from IIT however he read the messages and did not respond. I called him 100s of times he didn't respond. Next day I joined the session thinking that it could be possible IIT professors are called as intellipaat experts however the trainer was just a young boy. I don't say he would not be having knowledge, however, this was not what I expected. Again I called Priyank 100s of times from different numbers and sent messages however he did not respond again. I called on Intellipaat support number and I don' t remember the name who picked up the call he was very rude. He was not even apologetic about the mistake from their end. And kept on repeating script that I should send an email and The concerned team will get back to me. I would request you to listen to the recorded call if possible. At that moment I decided that won't continue with the session and I need to cancel my subscription. And the same thing I wrote in the email and my call was also for cancellation of subscription. Later that night I had already left the class in 40 minutes almost, I got a call from intellipaat escalation team Nischay he informed me that the sessions would be from the IIT professors, however, python and Linux are basic so it will be taught by our intellipaat experts which was fine my main concern was this should have been told earlier before I made the payment. I was not told about this and then the way the support guy talked and Priyank being not replying to my calls and messages. So all this happened and now I don't want to continue with my subscription. Please cancel my subscription so that my EMI is not deducted.

I had similar experience, they did wrong promises and not supporting for refund.

I am experience the same issue, Intellipaat is fake. Guys Don't go there for any course.

My name is Malavika K.R.I had taken a full stack development course in intellipaat but before joining itself i had asked for cancellation of the course. I didn't had attend any of the classes from your institution.I had gone through your refund policy and came to know that I am eligible for the refund as per refund policy.The escalation manager called me and told me that i had opted for college tie up courses so refund will not be possible, but while i enquired about the course any of your staff didn't mention me about that. Moreover he asked me to refer some one else to their istitute.so literally they tried to cheat me.Now im out of station and the propelled (EMI) team is visiting my house daily and harassing my old parents for paying the loan.they didn't mention me about the loan as I thought I was doing procedures for the course only.
