The DevOps course was not suitable for me as per instructor guidelines, the course was a beginner level I did not attend any demo session, I paid 30k on FEB 6TH 2022, and after I got Acces to application all the contents are for freshers, So I called to instructor Harsha Patnaik he did not even mention about cancellation instruction while on registration now he is telling me that you won’t be able to cancellation now, and after I got access also he did not send any invoice bill for me, he did not respond properly for a refund the amount, The course is not suitable for me I don’t want to continue this anymore please initiate the refund amount, So don't waste your hard-earned money on them, they are ruthless and don't even bother your multiple requests, problems and your valuable time.
I told them to refund my money and I don't want to proceed with this course, even I have not attended any of their session since the beginning.
But still, they are not refunding my money back. Before registration, they will have a call with you for more than an hour, you registered they won’t call you back and won’t respond properly pleases before joining please have a clear call with them, I hope this complaint will help me, I am compliant this after registration it’s more than 24 hours please refund my 100 % amount

I have sent for a few concepts which are in demand in the current situation, but I did not get any response from them, they are mentioning the training name as DevOps master's but the contents are not for Master's, it’s just for very basics, Actually this is Scam, people are frauding the innocent money by telling lies, I want my money back or whatever I have shared concepts at least they can provide us if they can’t please remove DevOps master from your portal, this is not a Master's Program it’s just for freshers not for the people who have 4+ years experience,

It’s been 4 days since Today, Still, I did not get my refund amount, still, they are arguing with me you’re not eligible for a refund, I asked for a reason they told me that you’re at discounted price that’s why we are not able to refund but now they are telling me that about this while on registration they agreed for my budget and They did not even mention about discounted and anything, see this is Uterus scam from Intellipaat, They don't even care about students money-making company, fraud company, I lost my 30k without taking any class, online coaching is a fraud, nobody is going to ask here, Even Government also will not take any action because they don’t even know about this issue so that’s why these companies are doing fraud by using students amount,

I enrolled[protected] in the above course of the courses with intellipaat (which costs Rs 30000) through no-cost EMI with 'Early Salary' on Dec 31..I interacted with the Intellipaat representative on 07-Feb-2022 with Harsha Patnaik and he did not mention about refund policy I have clearly mentioned, if the course is not suitable I will cancel this course, after one day I feel the content is not suitable for me, so I called and asked him to cancel this course now he is telling you’re in offer we couldn’t, he should have told this before but he did not, and intellipaat is a money-making company, not a truly educational sector sloping many students money...At least if anyone reading this be aware, I will be commenting here until I get justice, I will not leave and I will update my issue over here I hope this complaint will help for me,

Please don’t go for online coaching without proper communication, I will be visiting the office with the police if I do not get a refund amount, I am canceling this course not more than 24 hours still they are not ready to refund the amount,
I did not see any of the videos and I did not attend any of the classes also and they did not have told me about the refund policy now they are mailed you won’t be able to refund, Every institution have refund policies, only Intellipaat reveals refund after joining they won’t tell before joining this fraud, i have attached mail copy

Even I got cheated with them. The only way that I see is to make a complaint in https://gama.gov.in/Default.aspx. We have a toll free number for this and we can explain our issues and file a consumer complaint. I have been following up on my refund for last 30 days and not getting any response on the same.

    I have to raise this complaint again, because for the previous complaint simply they have mentioned resolved, actually, still, I did not get any solution for this until I get solutions I will rise this complaint, They did not mention about refund policies now they are sharing refund policy’s, which is not good, I feel the contents is not for me as my looking for higher content so I am canceling this course

          Jan 30 I have paid a partial payment for the course that was to start on the 5th of Feb. After paying for the deposit on the 30th of Jan unfortunately due to emergency reason I won’t be able to pursue the course anymore so the following day Jan 31 I did contact my consultant requesting for a refund since I just paid it on the night before the emergency happened at home. I did not get response immediately and they are refused to give my money back. At first I was thinking of getting back to them once issue has been resolved at home but with my experience I can say it was not a good customer service. I have lost £150 for nothing and I would appreciate if someone can help me to file a complaint against Intellipat from India. Im based in the UK and its difficult me to do it due to time difference.

            I've enrolled for AWS-DevOps course in Intellipaat and They started with different course and then, during the class, students and trainers fought which turned me off with the course ..
            Now, Intellipaat is giving me new date for the course but I need refund because they have already wasted lot of my time now and Now, I don't believe in them. Please help me get my refund...

              Guys, trust me me and my wife joined intellipaat, at the time of joining lot of promises were given by anshuman (course advisor) that we will be scheduled interviews 1 per weeek etc.. Course content is really outdated and at the end of training they even dont care about you and even not respond to your calls . Guys trust me i really frustated mailing and calling them, my advise to the people who are looking for course and job assistance etcc

                  I enrolled to the one of the course with intellipaat (which costs Rs 30000) through no cost EMI with 'Early Salary' on Dec 31..

                  I interacted with Intellipaat representative on 31 Dec 2021 with manvi mehra and she confirmed that I can cancel my enrollment within 4 weeks (4 classes) from the start of the course.
                  I attended my first class on 8th of Jan, 2022 and 2nd class on 9th Jan 2022 and after due consideration and contemplation I decided that I don't want to continue the course.
                  I informed of my decision to cancel my enrollment on 16th Jan, 2022 which is well under 4 weeks and 4 classes.
                  Now I am requesting the Intellipaat team to consider my request for cancellation of my course enrollment as I am final on this decision after careful consideration and contemplation but now intellipaat is not accepting this.

                  But currently intellipaat is not accepting the cancellation request and
                  'Early salary' is not supporting in this case.(Intellipaat is the client of 'Early salary')..

                  Now both intellipaat and Early salary are ignorant

                    I have enrolled for few courses after lots of promises and commitments from course advisor which are appeared to be false when I enrolled and checked the course content. Within 24 hours, I have requested for cancellation and refund to which they are simply not responding or replying. Call to Intellipaat goes blank and no one responding in any form of comms. Hope to get some response here.

                    Got a call from escalation manager yesterday about cancellation that no refund will be provided when you get discounted price which is again not made clear from course advisor. This is really a trap and I have specifics about how they are providing extremely poor course content. Beware and go through trainer videos before you enrol else you will regret it big time.

                    Dead silence from Intellipaat after series o[censored]nrealistic arguments and I am still stuck. Felt like a battle. Extremely unprofessional behaviour from Intellipaat as to if one buying something such as virtual learning and if that course is not up to the mark or useful in anyway compare to how it was promised before buying, they should accept it and cancel the course without giving ### reasons to not to. Hopefully I get some positive response today.

                    Can someone help fixing this problem? they are not listening and ignoring all the concerns. There has to be a way to escalate at higher level as their customer success manager who has no experience in this field just keep repeating same thing over and over without answering. Extremely poor. Frauds.

Today as well received a fake customer support call and ended up doing nothing. its been more than 1 year and I am still regretting why I went for this fake training.

                      I enrolled to the one of the course with intellipaat (which costs Rs 100000) through no cost EMI with 'Early Salary' on Dec 31..

                      I interacted with Intellipaat representative on 30 Dec 2022 with Harsha patnaik and he confirmed that I can cancel my enrollment within 3 weeks (3 classes) from the start of the course.
                      I attended my first class on 1st of Jan, 2022 and 2nd class on 8th Jan 2022 and after due consideration and contemplation I decided that I don't want to continue the course.
                      I informed of my decision to cancel my enrollment on 12th Jan, 2022 which is well under 3 weeks and 3 classes.
                      Now I am requesting the Intellipaat team to consider my request for cancellation of course enrollment as I am final on this decision after careful consideration and contemplation but now intellipaat is not accepting this.

                      But currently intellipaat is not accepting the cancellation request and
                      'Early salary' is not supporting in this case.(Intellipaat is the client of 'Early salary')..

                      Now its serious refund fraud issue with intellipaat.

                      The issue is not resolved and Intellipat paid only half of the money back and offered another course for rest of the money i.e 49 k.. without any option I agreed to take the course.Planning to join the course on May last week 2022 .

                          Hi, There is a big scam happend with me as Eric Thomas who is Intellipaat course advisor promised me many things before payment and once I did the payment of 300 USD for mine and other 300 USD for my friend Maheshwar Dwivedi then she stopped responding to our messages and blocked our numbers . She clearly mentioned that refund can be raised anytime between 15 days from the class start and we just raised this after demo class as service is worse and nothing worked as promised. Now when we are asking for refund by looping Intellipaat CEO also but no one responding and in one of the email they are forcing us to continue which we do not want as we do not like the service .We are struggling to get our own money. Not sure why no one from government authorities not taking action against Intellipaat as we are strugglers and you can think of how difficult for us to pay the money. This is really frustrating. Please help us to get my refund.

                            I joined online course for the Azure Master, The course advisor in intellipaat, she promised a lot of thing about course timing and feasibility etc specially she mentioned if you do not fit it to you can ask for full refund. I attended first session quality is very poor, I immediately inform Itellipaat and asked for the refund, the intellipaat making false promises and misguiding the participants .I asked for the refund on the day1 however they are refusing and they are not helping in the refund process. My Friend Bikesh have done the payment 300 USD for myself and 300 USD for self Bikesh Kumar. When they sell course they will tell you 15 years experience professor and other Industry experts will teach you. day1 itself they appointed an inexperienced guy and claimed it is preparatory . kindly refund 600 USD myself and my Friend Bikesh at the earliest. I have no confidence and interest to continue with the course kindly refund.

                                Hi myself anjani, i enrolled to the two course blockchain and azure master through ERIC Thomas one of the course advisor in intellipaat, she promised alot of thing about course timing and feasibility etc specially she mentioned if you do not fit it to you can ask for full refund and once i done the payment 33500 INR she stopped responding to calls and text as it was not getting delivered as promised ..i tried reaching her out multiple times on call and email but there was not response and during the session whne i raised teh concerd then i was redirected to support team and agiain support team redirected me to eric ... i am keep on sending the mails to escalation team and support team and it is just going into loop ..there is no proper response also eric has blocked me on calls and also am not able to reach the support team over call.. i also tried reaching out the CEO diwakr chittor ..there is no response from all of them till now ... its going to be 4 to 5 days when i asked for refund there is no proper response form team

                                By seeing the number of complaints it looks like they are making fool of majority of candidates.. I am sure many of candidates might not be putting complaints here but this is really kind of scam for students and they are simple making money from the people who are strugglers.. This should get escalated to government as they will make fool of many others in future
                                Intellipaat is only making moneyvand dont give proper details in the time of enrollment to the course first they promise false discounts and get you to pay the fees the they start showing their true colour, being rude hanging up the calls and scolding us no responding to calls or emails messages sent everything is common for them they only fool people please boycot Intellipaat and punish them they accurs us and call us customers than students. Managers nor escalation nor coyrse advisor or support team none of them are responsible they ask give time and never come back .in the name of IIT they make fake promises and loot money .fRaud fraud fraud .i was promised weekend morning class and after the admission no one sent me a offical mail until i aksed them thye werre only bothered on the cousre admission money after that none will contact and when i asked they gave wrong timings and now they ask me yo adjust to whatever they can give and no IIT peope teach its industry people who dont even intract with you its like a recorded session only and also first few days thers some one else and after that you need to wait for next batch to start for the next session that means what they say 7 months is fake and incorrect .The service people abuse you how ever they said they will check and its been like 4 days that no body really cares .they dont respond to message or calls after fee payment. I will attach what they promised and what they said now i have all the call recording as well to which they have abused me and not responded.Intelipaat is a fraud company please dont join and waste your money they fool you thats it Intellipaat is only making moneyvand dont give proper details in the time of enrollment they say incase your not happy we will refund but when you ask refund they will start preaching work ethics professionalism and scold you only inturn .even afyer they say they will refund you need to wait for 15 days to get it processed and there are chances the Emi can be taken from propelled because even offical mail from intellipaat is not sufficient for them to not take any money also this company is only calls and askes to remove this review else they will not help

                                    First of all i am very sad to express this and the pain which i am goin through it should not happen to others.
                                    yesterday i.e on 27/12/2021 an councellor manik and his email id is [protected]@intellipaat.com.
                                    he had encouraged me to enroll the course and asked to enter my debit card details and if i don't want to continue with course can avail an free cancellation on before 05th feb 2022.
                                    when i am trying to reach to him he is not responding and also i tried to have an word with an agent they are telling like the refund is not applicable.
                                    Based on your agent maniks word i want to ccancellation of my subscription.
                                    if you guys want can go through your agent recordings he called me on 27/12/2021 at 9.05 pm according to indian ist .

                                    please help me out i am in a really bad situation, i am going in depression and getting thought of doing suiside so many negative thoughts are coming.

                                    Today i.e 28/12/2021 an agent named Joel had been connected with me, i had expressed my concern moreover he was also stating that refund cannot be processed.
                                    then i questioned him if the refund cannot be processed then why did your agent manik had pitched regarding cancellation policy .
                                    then he told i should have gone through their websites instead of trusting their agent.Dude whats the problem you are telling me to not to trust your own organization employees. where is this company going ahead.
                                    then i asked him to verify my call recording from their end as every call gets recorded where their agent had pitched the cancellation policy.

                                    This is their formula to do the scam. They clearly denies whatever you had a word with their counsellor and refer us to refund policy. They promise everything but delivers nothing. I think we all should raise this at their social handle and everyone express our experience with Intellipaat so at-least others will know before enrolling.
                                    Even, I did not get any refund and they are steeling money. Let's exposed thwm on social media? Linkedin, Twitter, FB and everywhere? Contact me if you agree.

                                      Yesterday we have enrolled for one the courses.
                                      Wher i paid 12.5k and decided not to join as it sounded suspicious after getting access to there account so i requested for a refund which they are not responding also
                                      I want my refund back of every single ruppee

                                      No wonder why I cannot get back my £150 downpayment. Can I ask for an association from India to file a complaint against them please. i would like to file a complaint against them
                                      The service for Intellipaat is really worse.. They do all the promise and once you have paid the amount then they will not even respond..

                                      We are 3 friends who joined together and struggling to get out refund.. I believe Indian government should take some action against this since the money they are not refunding are of strugglers and students money

                                        I thought Intellipaat was good site. Scam company - 12 Days since I asked a query no response. Their content is good in theory wise.
                                        You can get similar stuff theory stuff rom Google and youtube videos.

                                        It is not practical at all.
                                        Even demos documents they send do not work.

                                        No proper help or documentation on practical work at all
