No refund after course cancellation

Worst experience I have ever had... They are so unprofessional and don't care about your valuable time so please don't waste your time and money on them.

Facing issue with initiating refunds

I enrolled in the course through the Emi option on 31 July 2021.due to some personal issues I want to cancel my course when I asked for the Intellipat team to cancel my course and initiate the refund. they are replying back very late to my calls by replying we cannot cancel your course and cannot issue the refunds due to policy . Fraud company / website

Just Rip of your money. Course material is outdated, atleast 3 years old. No projects, as shown in the website. No refund. They guarantee you everything, after that, No support from the team. No link even to submit the reviews for the courses or the company....

Scammers!! Not providing the service as promised

I enrolled for the Data Science Architect Master's course which was recommended by one of the course counsellors Jacob Siri who nagged me every day to join the course. But now she is not responding to any of my messages or calls. I explained my situation before I joined the course but the lady and her manager Harish promised to provide job assistance in the USA or Canada and now their job portal doesn't have any opening outside India. No proper response and no proper classes

From day 1 of registration they have been telling one or other reason and don't follow the time line for completing the course. They will close the session by telling the topics got over even after not completing 70% of syllabus. To me in BI course they have just started DAX and from 5 days no proper classes are going and customer service telling that the course completed...

Delay in response

I had taken spark course. I was not able to continue after one class due to some reasons ...they are not refunding the amount and in the initial conversation they didn't even specify about the policy and irresponsible way of answering and late responses...

Hi team, I have opted for PG course, but last month they have put my name in master course batch. After that I came to know there was a miss communication. Then again they ask me to join in IIT batch. But again I have received mail from Anand, saying like this week session cancelled.

No response from support team

Hi im mujeeb an enrolled into blockchain course. many times i raised the mail regarding sessions doubts but till now i dint get any response. when i call to your customer care they said we will arrange the call with technical person but till now they din't . only one time i got the call but that time i was attend the session i told to that person.

Course incompletion

Signed for Big Data course & without completing the topics the company is sending email as of course completed even though pointing out the missing topics. the trainer is not willing to take the missing session just confusing the learners that everything is covered.

During the admission time I was assured of Job Opportunity assistance after completing the course I'm Data Science. I have already completed the course and awaiting Data Science jobs opportunity but still not got any data Science job opportunity....

They take money from the students provide only online lectures and do not conduct Hands-on.
As a student, it is crucial to have a Hands-on experience to fully grasp the concept without that you are as good as nothing.

Upgrade to different course

Hi Team,

I had enrolled for SSRS online classroom training on 18th of Feb, And today (19th feb). The course advisor has called to say, the trainer who was supposed to deliver the SSRS training is not available because of personal reasons, and should pay 5k more to upgrade the course to MSBI (which includes SSRS).

I don't want to pay anything for other courses included in MSBI. I wanted SSRS only.

Problem with intellipaat

Im Raising request for the 2nd time here, the Manager Dipali from intellipaat made me close the consumer complaint request forcibly saying only then she will work on my case, like everytime she spoke promisingly and never returned, im startled that there is no hierarchy or a team who can solve on agreed terms with customer, to add the manager puts somuch of energy arguing with me but fails to work or solve on my concern, This team has tortured...

Hello Team,
I have enrolled in a Self-Paced course on SAP S4 HANA Simple Logistics Training and Certification. From August/September onwards the course videos are not available to watch. I am discussing with them and mailing(till now we had 45 mails conversions) but there is no proper information. They are ready to give 80% vouchers and 20% refund. How is it possible?

I have taken Master data Science course for 40000 they have promised they will teach in Advanced and professional level and after joining they are not even covering the basic level and students are getting fooled.

And they are fooling people saying we will help you with Job Assistance support and doing marketing with People weakness

They are charging hefty amounts for the course...

Denial of Service I have paid for and Unfair Refund

I have opted for SAP ABAP on HANA course from Intellipat paying a certain amount.
While joining the course advisor stated me I can take up the course any tie from the next day after informing him prior to a day or so.
Hence after enrolling I thought to take up the course next month and was simply checking their website I couldn't see the course name listed till then. Hence checked with their Advisor and he stated they are doing...
