Intellipaat — Refund or cancel my course or my emi

I was contacted from the team regarding to join the IiT data science course which was really good. But I was just enquiring about the courses and all.
So they asked me to check with the loan app even I tried checking where I can get zero dp but I was not eligible so checked with different apps still not eligible. Finally the agent has got me an offer of bajaj and I asked to check with zero dp because am not in situation to pay the amount as my house is already under medication.

But I told him to that I will see if I can manage so he told me to go ahead with other process but that went through the final approval only. And bajaj has started deducting my emi which is really unpayable by me.
So I want to cancel the course because first thing you have not boarded me to any course and I didn't even said you to start my emi...may be your courses are good but am in not in condition to pay any amount. My bro is hospitalized and father is under medication...I have been getting messages of the loan that is started on my account, and i am unaware of it.
Kindly help me cancel my loans.
