I had Enrolled for SAP S4 HANA logistics batch last year and my batch was of 1 Aug 2020. I had 3 session regularly after that it discontinued when trainers wife got infected with coronavirus.
I had raised number of tickets for follow up and for the refund but still no response till now. Its been more than a year now..
Below are some of the incident numbers:159005, 130898, 106386, 98075.
I got reply for some of tickets to swap the course, but that was not of interest.
Request you to kindly look into it on priority and initiate my refund ASAP or else i need to take strict action against the support team.

I think you should inform police or raise the concern to consumer court against them.
They are actually playing with hard earned money of people and should be punished by law. Every team member of this institute are also responsible for harassing students.
