[Resolved]  Intellipaat — Support team Not responding

Hi I want to complain against intellipaat support team. I have enrolled for AWS+ Devops course and paid 25k . when I was not registering they are call continuously and now after 3 months they are not responding, I have completed AWS course I had doubts so I mailed the technical team for their assistance they didn't respond, also now completed the AWS course they didn't inform me for DevOps batch that your batch will be scheduled at this time, after 1 month i got 1 batch and this batch, After attending 2-3 sessions every student in the batch have issues with trainer his teaching way was not good he just explains things in very technical terms people is continuously asking question in chat window but he didn't even check the queries, also with hands-on he didn't share any proper document. I mailed so many times that please change my trainer i am getting anything froom this batch not even me every student has the same issue everyone is complaining but now the support team is not responding not even their contact us number is working. Please some one help me.
