[Resolved]  Interfacepro Webtech Pvt. Ltd — Salary and other deduction have not received after 2 months of resignation

There is no initiative taken by the company. I have contacted them through mail and calls. They are always making excuse saying that it will be done soon. I have mailed on dates: Aug:6, Aug:11, Aug: 19, Aug: 20, Aug: 25, Sept:4, Sept: 11, Sept 16 of 2014. There was a reply on Aug: 19's mail, there was a reply from [email protected] which I have pasted below: "Regards, We are very much in remembrance to you, and to your dues left with the company. But As you know the company has expanded to its 5 further branches . The schedule is very tight after your resignation and the has expanded well with its truthful and honest employees. We should never doubt about the capabilities of the company because it feeds more then 80 people today. As the notice period of serving was for a month and as you have not served . The company has still not made its decision in particular, Shortly we will be in touch to you for your further clearances" But as per the contract of Employment Letter given by them, it was mentioned that within in provision period the notice period is 1 week. Then I have called to company's no. There employees named Digvijay Singh, Divya Joshi had promised to solve the problem. But nothing was done.
