Right now after came from office at around 9:15 PM I started the data card and it's running but I shocked after see that I am getting downloading speed only 60 to 70 KBPS...I again made call to the customer care than I told a guy than please transfer your call to your supervisor, they ask me that sir can we put your call on hold for transfer your call to our supervisor, but I stop them for do that coz earlier in the call the agents put me on hold and than disconnect the call. So again they disconnect my call twice.

Yesterday a outbound team made a call to me and told me that our technical adviser will come at your home tomorrow and I take a off from my office for today. no one came at my home whole day and no one call me regarding my concern also. Now I called to your number [protected] at 23:05 and talked with Mr. Kartik Goswami (Customer care educative) he informed me about many thing which you have not informed me when I was purchasing this Data Card than I told him that please transfer your call to your supervisor and he put me on hold for 7 MINUTES than I was going mental and I disconnect the call.
I didn't see ever this kind of services in my life.
