[Resolved] MTS, MBlaze — Disconnection of MTS data card | |||
Hi, I have disconnected a connection of MTS MBlaze of Mumbai location about a year back. Today on 16th may 2013, I received a call from “Anand Mishra” Claiming to be advocate for Delhi court. He informed me that MTS has filed a case against me for non bill payment of Rs1450/-. He asked me to come to Delhi court for non bill payment. Such calls are really a harassment for customers. All the customer care numbers, posted in MTS India website(www.mtsindia.in) are unavailable. None of the mails are being sent to the mail id’s posted on their web site. Kindly look into it. The same incident happened with me as with Nitin. 3 months back I purchase the MTS Mblaze Internet connection service but because of bad service, in next 4 days only, i requested for the disconnection of Internet service to customer care and also informed to the employee of MTS and confirmed with them.
Yesterday I received the register note from delhi based advocate that I need to pay 1162 rs in next 8 days otherwise they will take a legal action.
for proof i have emails which I sent to MTS regarding disconnection and MTS employee of pune is supporting me for this.
Reuquest you to please look into this issue and guide me for the same.
