[Resolved] MTS / MBlaze Data Card — Service Deactivated | |||
I requested for MTS mblaze datacard to ConnectIndia with postpaid plan and got it delivered on 8th Oct 2012. I made a cash payment (Rs. 899/-) to the person who delivered the product and also handed the documents to him. After 1 week the service is deactivated by MTS. When I contacted the customer care of MTS, he told me that my documents are not submitted and I have to resubmit the documents to the nearest MTS outlet. After that I went to the MTS Outlet in Hinjewadi, Pune. The person in the outlet refused to accept the document and told me to submit to the same person from whom I bought the datacard. Since I couldn't find any ConnectIndia Outlet in Pune, I don't know where should I go. Since, I am using an MTS product it is supposed from MTS to hear my plea. My datacard (MDN : [protected]) is registered with my name and address (as confirmed by MTS web portal). I am supposed to get bill by the end of this month of Rs. 899/- plus Service Tax as per the MTS postpaid plan. If MTS didn't allow me to use the product, why I will pay the bill (I have used the product for 1 week which MTS has charged Rs. 207.34 for which I already paid Rs 300/- with Transaction Id of[protected] on 16th Oct 2012 of Rs. 100/- and Transaction Id of[protected] on 20th Oct 2012 of Rs. 200/-.)
