[Resolved]  Net Express Broadband — Unavailability of Service during night time

Hi, I reside in Velachery are and have been using internet connection through service provider Net Express. However, for the past few weeks it's been observed that the net fails to connect after 10 pm. Have tried calling their customer care number ([protected] / [protected]), but calls are not at all answered. From the time of installation and till date have been facing issues with the service provider. And the service provided by them by far below par. Could you please find a solution for this.
