I live in Taramani, Chennai and I am using NetXpress for the past 6 months.

In the last 3 months (till now), internet is slower than a sloth (0.5 Mbps) where I subscribed for 10Mbps. I have been calling them every week in these 3 months. The one and only response I get is "Your complaint has been registered, we'll forward this to the technical team to look into it." The technician came once and asked me to send an email to the customer care; I did it; he never returned.

I can tell that this is the WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER I have ever seen.

Folks, don't ever try or even recommend this stupid service provider to someone, unless you want to test your patience.

    In December month my optic cable wire was destroyed du to heavy thunderstorms.i have compilation to head office many time but they taken the complaints but they saying that's the technician will come and resolve this problem .But the technician's didn't come near my home only the technician office .i went there but they didn't respond to my complaint they will say that's with in 5 minutes I will be there but they won't come if I called means they will tell we so many complaints so we r not supposed to come now .
    The main heritating problem they heaven come and see the problem
    I had given much day to resolve the problem
    My question is whether you will able finished my complaint or not

      This is regarding the (Net express) internet connection. I have taken new net express broad band internet connection on 26/sept/2016. The day when i have taken the internet connection, internet is not working, no line in the coax led. I have informed the same to the customer care about the connection issue. They promise to fix the issue but still they did not fixed the issue. There technician called once but did not came to fix the issue. I have called many times to the customer care, all the time they promise to fix the issue but they did not fix the issue. I have also informed that if they are not capable to fix the issue then refund the amount and disconnect the connection. The register complain no:-tt45791.

        I've given the advance for the 2mbps package (amount-2150 inr) and as per the company policy the installation should be done within 3days but till now it is more then one week there is no installation and no one is picking up my call for the same problem and also customer care service people are not responding to this problem.

        Note:they are not even picking call of there customer most of the time and the guy who is taken the advance is not picking call or else picking then not replying over the situation of installtion.

          I am a customer of NETXPRESS internet service provider. I have registered so many complaints and dropped mails for not having the internet connectivity but there is no use of complaints. The team is not providing any resolution for the issues faced my me. They call me every alternate day to ask the details of the issue and tell that the technician will come on this day that day, but technician never came. You can contact netxpress at[protected] or mail them at [protected]@netxpress.in. I would prefer to get the refund for the month for not having the internet services.

              Actually 10days back we are taken NetExpress net connection with 1MB speed tenure of 3months. But last week onwards net speed was came 2KB/s.
              I didnot expect this type of speed from NetExpress.
              Could you please resolve it ASAP, that much will be appreciated.

                Respected Sir/Madam I am using the mentioned company's internet services(Netxpress) from the past 8 months.every month half of the time internet will not work and also from last 2 months they are mentally torturing us with their services.no response when we call to customer care and also after recharging every time from the next day internet is not working and they are taking days to resolve and also within 1 or 2 days again the same problem occuring.
                I have deactivated NetExpress services. Initially they are provided router worth was Rs.500 but it will be refund once we deactivated services.

                I have deactivated netexpress service but still they didnot send their engineer to collect that router and refund my amount.

                  Friends, Please don't Purchase and lose your money to get the internet connection with the above service provider. Almost one month no one is responsive and no internet connection as well in Taramani, Waste fellows in services. Please don't use the Internet connection as well Regards Rakesh

                    My sincere and true advise to those who opt for netxpress broadband service
                    please don't go for it, no one follows professionalism there . Promises on network speed
                    is usual like other ISP but when it comes to customer services they are local Guys who doesn't care about customers . even if you complaint like 1000 times they will act like it was the first time .my frustration level was at peak decided to cancel and get refund
                    they asked me to send mail, sent mail lat week called thrice and still i didn't get any respond, don't know where else to complain this guys .fed up a lot .i am not going to use their service and also not going to let others use it

                      I bought an 2mbps connection around 1000 rs and the quality of the internet, speed everything was fine. But the connection dropped often, the customer service is very bad and they get 1000 rs for this cheap service. Don't ever go for netxpress

                        I using "NET Express" internet connection. It never works properly. And Customer care even more worst. If I do repeated calls also they never picked single time also. Now I need to change my 3 month plan to one month. From past one week trying contact customer care but no luck. I am irritated with this connection. Please don't go for Net express internet connection in Chennai. Always problem with connection. Please be aware of this.
                        I never seen this kind of customer care.

                          Hi, The Netexpress Chennai have a very bad customer service. The connection was not working for almost 10days, when i called the Service number : [protected], no one picks up. When i try to send an email complaint on their website(http://www.netxpress.in/contact.html), it will not allow to send a complaint. Over and above when i checked my usage report, it shows the usage even on the days when i have not used it at all. I received a call from netexpress to renew the subscription, when i asked to compensate the days which i have not used, the lady hung up on me.

                            I have informed before a week ago to the company for the disconnection of my internet connection.And the refund, but the company didn't send anyone for the disconnection of my internet connection. So i request you to tell the company to send someone for my disconnection and refund as soon as possible as i am leaving this place.

                              Netxpress in thiruvanmiyur, chennai is given worst service. I have taken connection for three months and net speed is very bad. it used to get disconnected frequently. No one pics up the call at the customer care. If you call at least ten to fifteen times than only they pick up the call.Out of four months I have got net only one and half month hardly. They are providing worst service. One day their was no net in my house I have called at least five days, after ten days they have sent one person to check and he found that modem is having problem. Than after that I was keep on calling to them and they just did time pass and they were not having modem. Finally after that I have asked my invoice bill that also they have not given till today I am keep on calling them and getting stupid answers from them. So, finally I have told them to disconnect it. Still waiting to take it out their wire and all, very lazy fellow.

                                I purchased broadband internet services from the above provider in thoraipakkam, Chennai. they gave contact numbers of Customer care center for any problems. They took 3500 advance money for 3 months. It worked fine for 2 months but since then it has not been working properly. Repeated calls to Customer care center and are not picked up. daily trying to contact them but no luck. I got frustrated with this connection. The manager who gave their numbers do not pick up the phone. Daily facing same problem. Never seen this kind of internet connection.

                                  False information and poor services provided to the customer. For example, 1 mbps plan for 599, its an affordable price, but the speed they mentioned, not even meet the broadband speed (256 kpbs). While contacting the customer support, they frequently saying, we are working on it and clear the issue asap. However, its almost a week, nothing happened. I am not only suffering, near tharamani, chennai, most of them in the same situation..

                                    Am residing RTO, Tiruvanmiyur. I use the broadband mostly on weekends and i face the issues with them mostly on weekends only. Yesterday(12thJuly, 2015), there was no issue in the modem. But, could not connect to the web services. Called to call center and they said they raised a complaint and it will get resolved in 4hrs. I did wait for 4 hours and called again at 8, issue unresolved and calls unanswered. They did not even give an update on when the issue will be resolved even i did pro-actively asked that is there any possibility for this gets resolved more than 4 hours? will the call centre work after 8 too? and they said yes for both Can't you even give an update on the issue at-least when you are not able to resolve on the turn around time? BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
