[Resolved]  Reliance Communication / Reliance 3g Netconnect Dongle — Unlawful harassment and public humiliation on the basis of fraud of representative of Reliance telephone.

Sir,

It is to submit that my son Mr. Vivek Singh had purchased Reliance 3G Dongel (Sim No. [protected]) from the Agent of Reliance namely Air Voice Telecom Dwarka More New Delhi on 26/7/13 with advance rental plan paying Rs.2520/- against receipt No.053 dated 26/7/13. As informed by my aforementioned son the connection of the Dongel purchased by him as above has been discontinued from 7/8/13 without assigning any reasons. On query from the Agent of Reliance viz Air Voice Dwarka More, my son was informed that it is due to pending payment of Reliance WLL bill for Rs.3200/- against his father i.e. me. Sir, it is not only astonishing but beyond all business ethics and law of the land to penalize son against the sin of Father. However, the allegation against me as explained below is totally baseless and false::

Sir, as I recall about 6-7 years back one of the Reliance representatives had visited NDPL office at Wazirpur New Delhi to sell his product. According to the plan explained by the representative,any number of calls were available merely on payment of monthly rental of Rs.150/-. But as I recall at this stage the first bill was for more than Rs.200/-. So I immediately stopped use of above WLL telephone and surrendered the connection. The instrument was returned to the representative and the amount of security deposit was refunded to me after deducting the amount of bill.

Now at this stage i.e. after more than 6/7 years neither I recall the name of your representative nor I preserved the receipt against handing over the instrument to the representative of Reliance. Following points are relevant to substantiate my claim::

1. No bill has ever been delivered to me after surrender of telephone by me.
2. Why the services were continued despite non payment of bill and accumulation of bill amount to the tune of Rs.3200/-.
3. Why any notice to me or to my son was not given by the reliance before stopping the internet services on Dongel purchased by my son.

Sir, from the facts above it is obvious that the services of telephone surrendered by me continued to be misused by the Reliance representative fraudulently and managed continuance of services till accumulation of bill to the tune of Rs.3200/- In order to escape fraud, the representative ensured that no bill or notice was served on me.

I had represented my case to Reliance on their mail Id rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com on 11/8/13 but without response despite reminder.

Sir, following facts would further reveal the fraud:

1. The location o[censored]se of the instrument in my name.

2. Details of calls made from above instrument.

3. Verification of calls if any of them pertained to me.

Sir, I am a senior citizen of 68 years retired from the Central Reserve Police Force after rendering 39 years service with unblemished record of service. Sir, after living a long life as a disciplined shoulder, I cannot even think of not paying the bill against any service availed of by me.

Sir, in the present scenario u are the only hope left for the justice to the helpless people like me.

Dear Sir,

No resolution of complaint so far. Services are still ceased. Who has misused the reliance telephone in my name 6-7 years without paying the bill for Rs.3200/- is also not known. Please advise me the next course of action to bring the culprit to book and justice against victimization of an innocent client who joined reliance with new business opportunity to them.
