[Resolved] The Mobile Store, F.C.Road, Pune — Non-replacement of Tata Docomo Dongle since 3 months | |||
Hi... I have purchased Tata Docomo 3G dongle in Aug-2012 from "The Mobile Store" at F.C.Road,Pune. After using this device for 3 months,it was not working at all. So i took the device to Tata Docomo Store,Vardhaman Height, 1328/29 Shukrawar Peth, Pune, where they gave me the letter stating device should be replaced by The Mobile Store,F.C.road. I have submitted the device to The Mobile Store,F.C.road, in Nov-2012. Till now i have not got my device back although i visited Mobile store many times. Every time they are saying that Tata Docomo 3G dongle is out of Stock. This Mobile Store is fraud and employees are careless to customers. Please help me to get back my device...
