[Resolved]  Intex Computer Speakers — Poor Response by Flipkar

I had bought Intex Comp Speakers from flipkart. I received it in a faulty condition and when i processed for a exchange i did not get any reply. When i talked to their customer service i was told that refund would be done in two days but even after 5 days nothing is done. Am a regular customer of Flipkart but now i find this company embarrassing.
