Intex Mobile — complaint against service centre staff's behaviour | |||
i am Raj and i bought intex mobile handset from amazon on 22/02/2015..Due to battery problem i went to service centre and i am very much disappointed with the service centre staff.The handset is in the warranty assurance. They clearly told me that it is a water damage but when i told them that the problem is in the battery as there is no battery backup and charging problem ;then they misbehaved with me and were using very rude language. They even told me to buy always nokia and samsung mobiles as they are good but intex mobiles are so cheap ...and your service staff suggested this to everyone present there..this was the nuisance...Even two months earlier i faced the same battery problem and they charged rupees 350 from me even it is in the warranty assurance.This time they told me to collect the battery after seven days but i want another service centre to checkout this..This is the first time i took intex mobile and i wasted my money. your service staff is very bad. name and address of service centre--Globe connexion and services...plot no 23, first floor, veer savarkar block, vikas marg, shakarpur delhi-110092 Product details[protected] of mobile GSM AQUA Y2 (WHITE)-DUAL SIM[protected] deposit on- 7/07/2015 Jobsheet no.[protected]T001 lot no.[protected] invoice no and date -654 and 22/02/2015 Raj my contact no [protected] email id [protected]@gmail.com kindly fix the problem as soon as possible.
