Intex Mobile — complaint against service centre staff's behaviour

i am Raj and i bought intex mobile handset from amazon on 22/02/2015..Due to battery problem i went to service centre and i am very much disappointed with the service centre staff.The handset is in the warranty assurance. They clearly told me that it is a water damage but when i told them that the problem is in the battery as there is no battery backup and charging problem ;then they misbehaved with me and were using very rude language.
