[Resolved] Intex Mobile — Display Problem | |
I was bought my mobile, Intex Auqa Wonder, EMI no-[protected] on 26/06/13, but now a days my mobile's display is not working due to some manufracture problem, hence my warrenty period is sill valid but, Naveen Communication service centre, Jaunpur told that screen solution charge will be paid and they don't help me out
So far i am requesting you that please do the needful as soon as possible

I PURCHASED INTEX AQUA I5 HD ON 25/8/14 FROM DATE OF PURCHASE THERE ARE LOT OF COMPLAINTS. INITALLY THE SPEAKER STOP WORKING AND MOST SEVERER PROBLEM IS OF DISPLAY SOMETIME SCREEEN GOT BLANK AND YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SEE WHO IS CALLING. MOST OF THE TIME SCREEN SHAKES AND MULTI COLOR REFLECT LIKE DANCING. FOR 4 TIME I GIVE IT AT SACH COMMUNICATION GURGAON. THEY CONFIRMED THAT PROBLEM IS THERE KEEP SET FOR 8-10 DAYS WITH THEM EACH TIME BUT TILL TIME NO RESOLVING. THIS TIME THE SAME IS WITH THEM VIDE JOBSHEET NO[protected]T001 AND LOT NO[protected] SINCE 28/1/15. I REQUESTED THEM TO REPLACE THE SAME. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE SAME.
