Raja Kumar, Working as Deputy Executive Engineer, I & CAD Department, St. of Telangana, submit that, Recently i.e., on[protected] I have purchased the Intel touch phone and found that the head phones given along with the phone are not working properly. within Seven days when approached the shop seller at Dr. AS Rao Nagar, he informed he is not responsible for it and advised to meet in service centre. On suggestion I met the concerned in service centre which is at Behind State Bank of Hyderabad, Gunfoundry. I met him 3 to 4 times all the times he is noting my mobile numbers and telling that, he will call in Queue. So many days have passed away but no response.
