[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Bad Servicing

Respected sir/mam,
My name is Ajesh Saviour a resident of Raipur(Chhattisgarh), recently I gave my Intex aqua lions 3g phone for servicing as the touch wasn't working quite well. The service centre said that the phone would be returned to me in 10 days .It has now been more than 12 days since i gave them my mobile phone. Even once they called me to take my phone back around 12.00 noon on a very hot summer day and when i got there they said it is still pending, sir/mam i am a student and cant afford this loss in my time.
Apart from this there service is satisfying, first time i gave my phone it came back with a network problem which they took a month to resolve which is a clear violation of their own policy of returning the goods on the seventh day.
There is no coordination in their staff and zero administration.I am not the only one who has suffered a great loss of time and money on this.
Kindly consider this matter seriously.

As i had expected my phone has again came with a new problem-This time whenever i start my phone it just ends up in a loop of switching off and starting on again and again. I mean this is ridiculous, circling around your so called service center costed me enough time and money and that too at this crucial time of my exams. Now you have left me with no other option but to knock at the doors of consumer court, i have already acquired sufficient information about the case and the reimbursed money which you will have to pay would be more than the cost of this bloody phone. I am sorry it came to this. I still give you two options either replace my set by a new one and take some serious action against your people or we settle this matter in the consumer court which will cause you your valuable reputation ant time . Remember i will not stop at anything unless you and your people realize the damage you have caused . I hope you take this matter seriously this time.
