[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Bad Servicing | |||||
Respected sir/mam, My name is Ajesh Saviour a resident of Raipur(Chhattisgarh), recently I gave my Intex aqua lions 3g phone for servicing as the touch wasn't working quite well. The service centre said that the phone would be returned to me in 10 days .It has now been more than 12 days since i gave them my mobile phone. Even once they called me to take my phone back around 12.00 noon on a very hot summer day and when i got there they said it is still pending, sir/mam i am a student and cant afford this loss in my time. Apart from this there service is satisfying, first time i gave my phone it came back with a network problem which they took a month to resolve which is a clear violation of their own policy of returning the goods on the seventh day. There is no coordination in their staff and zero administration.I am not the only one who has suffered a great loss of time and money on this. Kindly consider this matter seriously.
