Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Failed to deliver battery of intex cloud swift 4g during service warranty

I bought a intex cloud swift 4g android phone via snapdeal, invoice date 12-Dec-2015, invoice no.- S374EB/15-16/68062. Within 3 months it’s battery stopped working properly, So I handed over this(battery) to the local service centre(system software solution, nainital, uttarakhand) dated on 14-mar-2016. My service job sheet no is[protected]T001. I was assured by the service centre that they will deliver it to me within 10 days but after that when I inquired about the battery status since then they are giving me a false assurance till now and now they raised their hand to tell me when I will receive the battery, after that I contact to the intext customer care centre but they too also raised their hand and told me that this battery is not available in the company now. They told me to have patience as the battery will avail in the company after that they will deliver it to me.

Because of the poor system of the company I am having to suffer a lot both mentally and financelly and these days I am suffering a lot of mental stress because of the company. If the company failed to deliver it’s spare parts under warranty, why the company is salling this product.
so i want company fulfill my loses too.

Try to contact intex service center..i need help..
I bought 6 month ago Intex Cloud swift. Problem start after 1 month. Charging problem, now battery is dead. I go neast Servicing Centre. But they can not solve my problem. I am stop buying any kind of Intex Mobile phone for my future and all my family, relatives and friend. I am very angry to this fraude company who can provide good after sales service to their valuable customer.
I am ready to talk to intex company. My no [protected] is always open to talk with Intex Authority
