[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — fitrist band | |||
I have been using the fitrist band since past 8-9 months which i had purchased from an croma outlet at the mumbai domestic departure terminal. Since past 2 months or so (After the warranty period) it has started showing its true color, it has a major issue with regards to charging. The issue started sometime 3 months back where i had to constantly keep the band charged and then it would work for ½ hour. The moment i would remove the charging cord it would stop functioning. It’s so disheartening and shameful. This continued for about 2 months and then i finally thought of reporting the matter with the authorised service center of intex. I googled the customer care number and spoke with the executive, he guided me to visit the nearest service center location at mumbai. Hence on[protected], i visited yash mobiles at bhandup location in mumbai to get the fitrist band repaired. The staff at the service center didn’t even check the device and promptly asked me to get the replacement done since it is out of warranty period. I called up the customer care center again immediately to inform them that the service center guy is not very keen in helping me and rather asking me to replace it with new which will be at the same cost. The call center guy was clueless and was again and again asking me to get it checked with the service center guy only and take his advice. I asked for the device to be repaired but he bluntly refused to do so. Was this information helpful? | |||
