Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — intex aqua crystal plus mobile

We have received faulty piece intex aqua crystal plus black - (Flipkart order received on date 13/07/2017)
Unfortunately we found it that phone has multiple issues like -
1) faulty display
2) faulty earpiece

We reached your customer service center (Shubhada enterprises (Icp:pune) at shivaji nagar on the date 25/07/2017 to get the phone repaired. The service center kept the phone for over month. I finally brought my mobile back on 04/09/2017 and i was shocked to see that it is more worst condition than before.

Most of the time, the responsible person (Mayur) who is handling this case does not pick up the phone and if he receives talks arrogantly as if he is doing a favor.

I have not made a single call from the the phone and now its in such a bad state that i don't know what to do. I demand a complete replacement and strict action against the service center.

I have attached the bill invoice and also the service center receipt along with this complaint
